Welcome to Pure Life Therapy and this guided mindfulness meditation for boosting and revitalizing the energy.

Throughout the meditation,

You are invited to close your eyes or have a soft gaze forward if that is comfortable for you.

Meditations can be done in any position that works for you.

Perhaps trying out what feels right,

Sitting down,

Lying down,

Or even standing.

This is your time to find comfort,

Relaxation,

And rejuvenation.

If at any time you find your mind is wandering,

Simply smile at yourself and return the focus back to the breath or to the guidance.

Let's begin by making sure we are comfortable.

Shifting the body in any way needed.

And when you're ready,

Gently closing the eyes or softly gazing at an object in front of you.

We will start by taking three deeper than normal breaths.

Inhale.

On the exhale,

Letting go of any thoughts,

Worries.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Shifting the body in any way needed.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Knowing you are exactly where you need to be in this moment.

Gently bringing the awareness to the breath.

Taking a deep inhale through the nose.

Feeling the air filling the lungs.

And then exhale slowly through the mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Inhale.

Exhale.

As you continue to breathe,

Noticing the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the body.

Perhaps having an awareness of the air going through the nose,

Hitting the back of the throat,

Inflating the lungs.

And on the exhale,

Deflating the lungs,

Up the back of the throat,

And out the nose or mouth.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Perhaps noticing the rising and falling of the chest or abdomen.

Letting go of any distractions and simply being present with the breath in this moment.

Simply breathing and being.

Allowing yourself to become fully present in this moment.

Letting go of any thoughts about the past or concerns about the future.

Being here now.

Breathing and being.

Feeling the sensation of the breath entering and leaving.

Invigorating the lungs,

The blood,

The body with fresh oxygenated air.

As you breathe,

Visualizing a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light represents the energy that fuels and uplifts you.

With each breath,

Visualizing this light entering the body,

Starting from the top of your head and flowing down to the tips of your toes.

This warm and golden light filling the head.

Chest.

Abdomen.

Continuing to breathe,

Imagining this revitalizing energy expanding the lungs with each inhale and filling every cell of your being.

Feeling the warmth and vitality spreading through the body,

Awakening the senses,

Calming the nerves,

And rejuvenating the spirit.

Inhale.

Exhale.

When you're ready,

Focusing on the abdomen,

The body's center of energy.

Envision a bright,

Gently spinning wheel of energy like a radiant,

Warm,

And golden sun.

With each breath,

Imagine this energy center growing brighter and more vibrant,

Radiating a healing vitality through the entire body.

If the mind starts to wander or thoughts arise,

Gently bring the attention back to your breath and the image of this energizing light.

Breathing in a vibrant,

Radiant energy,

Releasing any mental fatigue with each exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Breathing in a healing,

Vibrant energy,

Letting go of any physical fatigue on the exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Breathing deeply and taking a moment to consider the things in your world that bring you joy and passion.

Visualizing these sources of inspiration as sparks of light that merge with the golden energy surrounding you.

Feeling the enthusiasm and zest for life growing stronger and stronger.

An internal brilliance that reflects the amazing human that you are.

Imagining the brilliance as a gentle breeze flowing through the body,

Vibrantly carrying away any residual fatigue or heaviness.

With each breath,

Feeling this breeze taking away any sensations,

Thoughts,

Or emotions that are weighing you down.

Filling up your being with a refreshing and revitalizing energy.

Taking a few moments to revel in the vibrant energy that surrounds and permeates your being.

You are a source of boundless vitality.

You are radiant and thriving.

When you are ready,

With awareness,

Directing the attention back to the physical sensations of the breath.

Noticing the breath flowing in and out of the body.

Observing the sensations of the chest and abdomen rising and falling.

Taking a deeper than normal breath and observing with gratitude the feeling of freedom and lightness.

Reveling in a revitalized,

Rejuvenated,

And whole energy.

Appreciating yourself for your radiant and charismatic energy.

Carrying this sense of vitality with you into the world.

Trusting that you have the power to connect to this brilliant energy at any moment,

At any place,

At any time.

When you're ready,

Directing the attention back to the physical sensations of the body.

Having a sense of the body and the position that you're in.

Taking a moment to express gratitude to yourself for dedicating this time to meditation and revitalizing your energy.

Starting to make any adjustments that are needed.

Perhaps wiggling the fingers and toes,

Shifting the body.

And when you're ready,

With the breath,

Gently opening the eyes.
