Rachel Clark-Wilson

An experienced and qualified mindfulness teacher, Rachel has been a member of the Mindfulness Association since 2018, completing their two-year teacher training pathway to deliver the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC). As a qualified Spiritual Health Mentor and Spiritual Companion, holding a Crossfield’s Institute Diploma in Practical Spirituality and Wellness, alongside training as a Reiki Practitioner and a rich 20-year NHS career, Rachel brings a lifelong personal and professional commitment to health, wellbeing and nature connection. With a warm, relaxed, compassion-based approach, Rachel seamlessly blends teaching points with formal and informal mindfulness practices, offering accessible ways to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. She encourages embodied presence, self-kindness, and the transformative power of breath, guiding individuals toward a deep sense of calm and resilience. Her joy lies in helping people cultivate effective self-soothing techniques through evidence-based mindful and somatic practices, fostering greater understanding, compassion, and appreciation for life. Through a diverse range of offerings, delivered in person and online—including Wellbeing Walks, Creative Mindfulness, Mindful Movement, Nature Connection, Forest Bathing, bespoke programmes, regular classes, workshops, the 8-week MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course) and 6-week Mindfulness for Menopause, Rachel supports individuals in creating a more mindful, enriched life.
