Sabrina

Sabrina offers calm, emotionally grounded support for overwhelmed parents of autistic and neurodivergent children. Drawing from her background as an elementary teacher and Master of Education, she creates talks and meditations designed to help parents regulate stress, rebuild emotional steadiness, and feel less alone in the daily realities of caregiving. Her work centers on emotional support for caregivers of children with special needs—especially those navigating burnout, guilt, grief, and the constant mental load of advocacy. She also brings lived experience as a caregiver to a stroke survivor, bridging neurodivergence and caregiving to offer compassionate, realistic support for families carrying complex responsibilities. This is a space for parents who want calm, clarity, and support—without judgment, fixing, or pressure to be more than they already are. Find more of her work as the founder of Raising The Spectrum in the link below.

💔 I’m a caregiver. And I’m tired. I fought for the diagnosis. I fought for services. I fought for outplacement. I’m still fighting. And honestly… I’m so exhausted This course met me where I am… somewhere between guilt and hope, shame and love, sadness and the tiny flickers of joy I still try to hold onto.

As a parent of a young child with autism, our days are a whirlwind of therapy appointments, IEP meetings, medication, and more.. the constant weight of wondering if we’re doing enough or doing too much is heavy!

Lovely meditation, one of my children is an adult who is autistic with other needs so not a child as such but I definitely benefited from listening to this
