Meditation Timer OnlineSabina trained as an Instructor in Hatha yoga with Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2000. In 2016 Sabina qualified as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher with the internationally recognised Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches. Sabina has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 20 years, her yoga, breathwork and mindfulness practises are gentle, restorative and suitable for levels of experience. In her own practice Sabina finds that Yoga, breathwork and meditation are a way of staying grounded and offer a constant daily journey of discovery and renewal.
