Good morning.

Let's choose to start our day today with calm,

Clarity,

And a grateful heart.

We're going to be doing a short three-minute breathwork practice where we focus on clearing away stress and filling ourselves with positive energy.

Let's get started.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Put your feet on the floor or have your legs crossed.

Rest your hands gently on your knees or over your heart.

Close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Let yourself arrive here in this fresh new moment.

This is your time to breathe.

Reset and begin again.

Let's begin a simple breathing rhythm.

We're going to inhale through the nose for a count of four,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold gently for two,

One,

Two,

And exhale through the mouth for six,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Feel your breath deepen and smooth out.

Each inhale brings in light and energy.

Each exhale releases tension,

Worry,

And fatigue.

Let's continue this rhythm in for four,

Hold for two,

Out for six.

With every round,

Feel yourself becoming steadier,

Clearer,

More awake.

Now bring your attention to the heart.

As you inhale,

Think of something or someone you are grateful for this morning.

It could be the sunlight,

Your health,

Your loved ones,

Or simply this breath.

As you exhale,

Imagine sending that gratitude outward,

Filling your space with warmth and peace.

Breathe in appreciation and breathe out love.

Feel gratitude expanding through your chest,

Soft and radiant.

Take one more deep,

Full breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any remaining tension.

Whisper silently to yourself,

I am grateful,

I am present,

I am ready for today.

Let a gentle smile form on your face,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry this peaceful energy and gratitude with you into the rest of your day.
