Meditation Timer OnlineShawn Brown (she/her) is a Wellness Curator with a creative tool kit including: yoga, healing coaching and sound healing She is dedicated to helping others connect with their bodies, minds, and souls. A former college athlete, Shawn first turned to yoga as a form of cross-training and injury prevention. What began as an alternative workout soon became a life-changing practice, offering both physical relief and a deeper connection to her true self. Since completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Charm City Yoga in 2016, Shawn has been guiding students through Vinyasa, Gentle, and Chair Yoga. Her classes weave yoga philosophy with functional movement, encouraging exploration and self-discovery. She often reminds her students: “Yoga is an exploration.” As a sound healer, Shawn creates a safe and inviting space where students can full relax. She is passionate about supporting others in experiencing wellness not just as a “workout,” but as a “work in.” As a retreat leader, she guides guests on adventures of the mind and body using the tools of mindfulness. When she’s not teaching or practicing, Shawn can be found hiking with her dog, traveling with her husband, climbing, paddleboarding, cooking vegetarian meals, seeing live music, reading, and soaking up time outdoors. At the heart of her work is one guiding truth: we are all energetic beings having a human experience—and she loves helping others embrace that.
