Sometimes,

Life can feel overwhelming.

As life and circumstances change,

We can feel out of sorts.

Scared.

The earth seems not to be solid beneath our feet.

But,

In the unfolding of our lives,

We can choose to remember a few things that can help guide us through change and help us feel more sure-footed,

Calmer.

Because,

As change occurs all around us,

Still,

The most perfect butterfly will always emerge from the chrysalis.

Birds will always sing their sweet song.

The grass will remain the same beautiful emerald green it always has been.

Night will always follow day.

The moon will continue to orbit the earth,

And the stars will keep twinkling into eternity.

The waves will always lap the shore.

You will always be cocooned within the great presence of oneness.

All is well.

You are safe.

You are safe.
