For Rachel, stoke is about living with wonder and celebrating the light within, even when life feels heavy. Drawing from her background in functional fitness, holistic wellness, and years of chasing joy in the mountains, Rachel empowers people to create their own vision of health. She helps clients unearth their values, strengths, and motivations, guiding them toward lasting behavior change and sustainable habits in areas such as life's rhythm, movement, mind-body connection, and spirit/soul. Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine.
