Meditation Timer OnlineBased in the serene landscapes of Vancouver, I guide students through Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, blending physical practice with spiritual depth. Like many, I first came to yoga for its physical benefits—but soon discovered its profound impact on the mind and spirit. What began as a search for strength and flexibility evolved into a lifelong journey of self-discovery and healing. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa & Hatha training in Colombia (2021) and deepened my studies in India with a 300-hour Bhakti Vinyasa & Yin training in 2023. Under the mentorship of teachers like Kino MacGregor, Raghunath Cappo, and Cindy Lunsford, I immersed myself in yoga’s philosophical and devotional roots. I’m also a certified Reiki practitioner, often integrating this healing energy into private sessions to enhance the mind-body connection. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where students can explore, grow, and reconnect with their inner selves. Off the mat, I find joy in nature, whether hiking mountain trails or walking along the beach. Travel, Ayurveda, and continual learning keep me inspired. Let’s journey together toward balance, vitality, and inner peace.
