Meditation Timer OnlineSanchetna is a simple person who believes in the power of building real relationships. She is a dentist by profession, but several years back, she realized why only work on the teeth when you can work on the whole body? She started her yoga journey nine years back when they were living in Michigan, USA & went on to become a certified yoga instructor from a Yoga Alliance-affiliated institute. She is also certified in pranayama and Pre and Post-Natal Yoga, including Garbha Sanskar. Registered with Yoga Alliance International, she taught Yoga for several years. While yoga is considered to be predominantly a physical activity, her main focus remains on breathing and its synchronization with the physical movement of the body. She follows Iyengar yoga, and she specializes in All Level Power Vinyasa. She would love to play a small part in your health and wellness journey. Whether with her or somebody else or even on your own, start something for yourself, as your compassion begins with you.
