Transcript

Today is Day 13 of 30 Days of Gratitude.

Today we soften.

Gratitude becomes a gentle surrender into rest,

Into nothingness,

Into healing.

Let your body settle and close your eyes.

Let your hands rest softly in your lap or by your sides.

Take a deep breath in and exhale like a slow sigh of relief.

No pressure,

No performance,

Just rest.

Say this quietly,

My mind deserves rest.

I allow stillness to restore me.

Feel into that.

Now begin to gently scan your body,

Starting at your head.

Move down to your forehead and soften.

Go to your jaw and loosen it.

Your shoulders drop.

Move down through your arms,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your hips.

Let everything melt.

And with each breath,

Let your mind loosen its grip.

No solving,

No striving,

Just space.

I invite you to say,

Stillness is safe.

Stillness is sacred.

Now visualize a quiet room.

Soft light,

Soft pillows,

Soft air.

This is the place inside you where rest lives.

Let yourself arrive here.

Lay down.

Receive.

Take a moment now in quiet and let the stillness wrap around your nervous system.

Now slowly bring awareness back to your breath.

To your body.

Now to the truth that rest is enough.

Rest isn't what you earn,

It's what you return to.

Tomorrow we'll close the week with gratitude for clear seeing.
