Welcome,

Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position.

Make any necessary adjustments so that your body feels comfortable and able to relax.

Our exploration today revolves around the inclusion of gentleness for ourselves.

In this way,

We can create gentleness for the others in our life.

Allow your awareness to move inward.

Connect your mental awareness with the sensations within the body.

As you become aware of any places that appear to be holding,

Simply allow your awareness to rest in the tension while you foster a sensation of non-judgment and simple acceptance.

When you experience the sensation of acceptance and you allow that sensation to interface with the sensation of tension,

You can create an opening for the tension and the holding to release.

Continue to experience the sensation of acceptance and if your mind begins to drift,

Gently bring it back into the present moment and notice if you can feel the energy healing that is coming through for you,

Supporting your development of acceptance for the spaces within that are often rejected.

Continue to allow the sensation of acceptance to touch the sensation of holding,

Tension,

Resistance,

Or any emotion that is arising to express itself to you.

Continue to stay with the sensation of gentle acceptance and continue to play with the sensation of acceptance.

Notice what may happen as you become more gentle with your acceptance.

Notice how your tension changes if you push on it with a strong sensation of acceptance.

Notice what happens to your tension if you change your level of awareness of the tension by moving a little farther away and being more gentle with your focus on it.

It is very common to want to change the feelings and sensations that we label as uncomfortable or difficult.

And when you do inner work,

It is also common to try to push and fix or heal the places within that have been labeled as negative or hard.

Every time you push against something and try to fix it and do something to resolve it,

You end up creating a resistance against the sensation called tension.

It is through this resistance that the tension or difficulty continues to persist.

And frequently people report that they need to work on the same issue over and over again.

And so explore the idea of becoming more accepting and more gentle with every sensation in the body.

Ease your awareness now into a state of gentle,

Kind forgiveness and reframe how you see the difficult emotion or the physical holding.

So that instead of perceiving it as an enemy or a problem,

Explore the idea of relating to it as though it were a friend or an innocent child.

And if you can see the pressure as something that just needs a little bit of support and love,

Then you may be able to relate to it from the perspective of radical acceptance.

And if you can see the ease of gentle compassion,

Allow yourself to experience that now.

Reframe how you see the issue you are working on and gently cultivate a soft compassion and allow the soft compassion sensation to interface with what you thought was an issue.

Receive energy healing in this now moment as you create this gentleness for yourself.

And stay very gentle and soft with your concentration as you continue allowing these sensations of compassion and tightness to interface.

Softly notice how your physical and emotional bodies feel as you apply this technique and as you receive energy healing,

Gradually become aware of more areas of your body and your emotional body.

And as you increase the areas that are within your awareness,

You may notice an increase in flow of energy movement,

A sudden change in heat,

Whether it's coldness,

A breeze,

A breeze of light.

An electrifying warmth that runs through you or notice if you have muscle twitches or overt emotions that surge and surface.

All of these types of sensations are common when people experience a deeper emotional and energetic opening as blockages clear and old holding patterns start to move and release.

Sometimes these sensations can be very obvious but sometimes they're subtle and over time as you practice more and more and become more and more gentle,

You learn to feel,

Experience and allow more and more subtle sensations to move through you.

Continue with soft awareness that encompasses your entire system and wherever you notice a place of holding,

Resistance or just something that captures your attention.

Redirect your awareness back to the reframed perspective of seeing this sensation as just needing kind support.

Do this now as energy continues to flow forward for you to help you unblock some of the things that may be older or harder to move and allow yourself to heal.

As more and more areas of holding move into a state of release,

Experiment with allowing your awareness to sink deeper and deeper into yourself,

Your awareness,

Your being.

Continue to receive as you move deeper into your spiritual self and farther from the conscious thinking mind.

You may notice that there is a very palpable sensation of calmness and peace that emanates from this space.

The more often you practice being gentle and allowing your awareness to move and enjoy this state,

The more easily you will be able to access it on a regular basis.

And in this state,

Deep healing,

Transformational movement of energy and a reconnection to your Source becomes more and more readily available and easy to recognize.

And access.

Continue to receive the energy that's pouring through for you.

And in this moment,

Feel it within your heart center.

And simply place the intention of receivership into your heart center.

Relax your physical body and allow your energetic state to flow through whatever pattern it needs to flow through for your heart center to become clear,

Balanced and whole.

Gently relax to let go of your resistance to this change.

The energies received today and the progress you have made will continue to ebb and flow through your system for the next few days.

Whenever you feel you're ready to work on another layer of tension,

Resistance or holding,

Return for another session of energy healing and guidance to support you on your path.

If you need to stay in this zone for a while longer,

You may do so.

But if you can feel that your heart energy is more open and your system is more clear,

Then return your awareness to your fingers,

Your toes.

Be aware of the sounds and the lights of the room around you.

And when you feel ready,

Stretch.

Take a deep breath in with a releasing exhale.

And open your eyes to rejoin the external environment and move forward with a brightness into the rest of your day.
