And here's what's really wild.
I don't know if I've shown up sick here before,
But I have caught a cold from the little grandbaby that we were babysitting last weekend.
So there's a groundedness to my voice that will be infusing our meditation time today.

We're going to dive right into meditation time.

Yeah,
We're gonna dive right in.
I am feeling really present,
Very calm.
And also really deep today.
I think this is Scorpio season,
And not I think,
I know it's Scorpio season,
But I feel like Scorpio season for me is often very deep and powerful and tender.
And there's a deeper meaning to so much of what we explore in our humanity around this time because our Scorpio friends,
Like Caitlin,
Our Scorpio friends are truth tellers and holding the light for so many of us.
So I think we're in a time where a lot of stuff will continue to come up and it may get kind of bumpy.
I've sort of talked about this in some of the other lives.
I think we may be heading into some even more turbulent experiences as a humanity.
And I think all of that is with purpose.
It's to help us really strengthen our practices,
Strengthen our faith,
Whatever your faith is,
And walk in such integrity and truth for each one of us.
And that's different.
It doesn't look the same for everybody.

Yeah,
So we're going to tune in with meditation first and then we'll see where the conversation goes from there.
We'll go about 20 minutes.
I have music that I selected.
It's at the top of the page.
So what I find works better than me trying to blast the music because it messes with my voice is if you're able to play music on your speakers at home on a different device,
Music adds so much to where we go in meditation time together.
So if you're able to put that on a different device,
Take a moment now and do that.

And we are going to start with the piece called The Circle in just a moment.
So if you want to take a minute,
Get that set up.
I have it playing here.
I'm going to turn it up a little bit.
But again,
I think if you can create it for yourself,
That would be great.
When I guide meditation,
People have different experiences.
Sometimes they hear every single word and they track all the things that I'm showing or guiding,
Which when I tap into meditation,
I'm reading the field of all of us here together.
So little pieces will show themselves to me in my own awareness and I'll name it.
And it's likely going to be something one person has absolutely been working on right now and then another element from another person.
And somehow we weave this incredible co-creation together.
If so,
If you hear each word,
It's because there's some support for your mind that needs those words to try to understand things that are shifting,
To work through some of the unraveling of construct or beliefs that perhaps you sort of put off to the side because life is really busy and we don't always have time to listen.
We don't always have time to listen internally,
Even though you're a group of meditators.
So I think you have more time than most because you make it a priority.
But in this space,
You may hear things in a different way.
The mind needs that information,
Which is why you're hearing the words.
You may hear a couple words and fall asleep and have the most beautiful meditation nap that you've had in a while.
If so,
Your body needed the recharge.
Your body has been pushing,
Moving,
Doing,
Channeling,
Receiving,
Creating,
And what you need is a safe space where you can drop all of that and just take a nap.
Beautiful.
You might hear me call you back at the end of the meditation.
You might nap through the whole thing.
You'll hear us say goodbye.
So,
Violet's like,
Me.
So if you take a nap,
Perfect.
You may also hear a couple words and then your soul will take you on an adventure and you will go to some place where you needed to go and you needed a safe container in which to go there.
So that is what I'm holding for all of us together here.
Listening together,
Doing this in this space gives each person exactly what they need.
Yeah,
I know.

So if you can relax and put all expectations to the side,
It will be exactly what you need.
When we come out of meditation in the way that I guide it,
Sometimes you're kind of sleepy and you don't really wanna talk.
That's okay.
You don't have to.
You can just lean back and bask in the group space or you can say I'm complete and exit and it'll be perfect.
You might come out of the meditation with a lot that you wanna process or share or if so,
The chat is for that.
It's for us to then take it into integration and contemplation together.
There's no right or wrong way to be in the containers that I hold.
There's just the way that you're guided in the moment and there's room for all of it.

We are going to start.
Let me just get my phone open again.
We're going to start with the song,

Thank you for taking the time today to come and meditate together.
All right,
Let's go and close our eyes.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment,
This container,
This circle space,
This community.
Allow yourself to land in your body.
So feel your feet planted on the floor.
Maybe you're laying down and you're stretched out.
If so,
Stretch out a little wider.
And invite all of your awareness,
Your attention to come home to you inside of your body right in this moment.
It is very easy to be multitasking,
To be managing,
Tracking lots of people,
Places,
Events,
Activities,
The world stage,
Whatever it is.
In this moment,
The invitation is to just be with you.
So start calling all of your power,
All of your attention into your body in this moment.
If you find that it's hard to do that or there are people that are popping up in your awareness,
Just gently unravel from them.
See each one of them connected to their own source,
Their own consciousness,
Their own God,
Their own faith.
And bring your power all the way into you.
When you call your attention into you,
Imagine you can guide it all the way down through your body to your feet.
It might feel a little dizzying if you haven't done this in a while,
Or it might just feel unfamiliar.
Relax your muscles.
Allow your body to hear my voice and calibrate to the safety,
To the process that I'm guiding.
I am here doing it with you.
And as I call all of my power back into me,
You get to do that for yourself.
And you use your breath.
Allow your breath to guide your awareness through your body,
Down to your feet,
And then relax your muscles as you do that.
And you might find you want to wiggle down into your chair a little more comfortably,
Or loosen the stress you may have been feeling in your back,
In your shoulders.
Maybe you wiggle a little bit.
And then continue pulling all of your power,
Your attention into your body in this moment.
You might notice just how un-present you have been,
Or how much of you has been outside of your body.
No judgment,
Just continue calling all of you home to you.
This invitation to listen is an internal listening.
You'll hear my voice guiding the process,
But the process is not over.
The process is to go inward,
To go into yourself,
And shake off the stuff that you have been circling,
Looping around about,
Holding for other people,
A collective conversation.
You're unraveling from all of that.
And you're finding your home inside of your own body.
Relax your muscles.
Let yourself lean back even further,
More deeply into the chair,
The bed.
And then start to notice what is happening inside of you today.
It's always different.
And notice where your attention wants to go.
Perhaps it's all the way down to your feet.
When you're wiggling your feet,
You're like,
Oh,
I haven't felt these feet fully in a while.
I've been so busy running or moving,
I forgot.
I have power in my feet.
I have presence in my feet.
Maybe you wanna wiggle your toes.
I can feel how warm and cozy mine are in my slippers.
Imagine you can pull all of your power through your body to your feet.
Realizing how your feet have brought you to this place where you are right now.
Why here?
You might feel a buzz in your legs as you bring this much of your power through you to your feet,
It's okay.
Just relax your legs,
Relax your muscles.
Staying in the body.
Sometimes it takes just as much effort as arriving in the body.
We are so used to being outside of ourselves,
Being present and staying present inside.
It can feel new or unfamiliar.
So you just relax and allow yourself to be here.
So your feet brought you to this place,
To this conversation,
To this moment.
Maybe we begin being in the body by offering gratitude to our feet,
To the ways that our feet carry us exactly where we are supposed to be.
No mistakes.
Our mind may judge and evaluate and have all kinds of stories,
But our feet are walking us,
Guided by our body,
Guided by our consciousness,
Our soul.
So how have your feet brought you to this moment?
And here we are,
Almost at the end of 2025.
So much has changed.
The astrology has walked us through huge,
Huge shifts in consciousness,
And you're still here.
You're still here.
You've made some big choices,
Lots of small choices,
And somehow you're still holding it all together,
Maybe creating big ripples in your reality,
Maybe sending big declarations out to the universe.
Relax your muscles.
What if every single step of 2025 has been perfect so far,
Even if your mind judges otherwise?
And this moment is a pause for you to feel how much you have walked yourself through,
How strong and steady you have stayed,
Even maybe if there was a lot of questioning or doubting,
A lot of fear around you.
Somehow,
You still made it to right here.
Notice what happens in the core of your body as you say these words to yourself through my voice.
Notice how proud you feel you haven't screwed it up.
Maybe it's looked crazy to you,
To other people,
But here you are.
Still standing,
Clearer than you've perhaps ever been,
Taking powerful steps in new directions.
Feel your body just buzzing with delight.
You know this is true,
Or you wouldn't have landed here in this moment with me.
So let your body celebrate just how much you've done this year.
Without trying to control the pride,
The joy,
What if you could just let your body completely buzz,
Hum with delight in who you are,
Like who you are,
Who you are,
Without limiting it.
There's no one here telling you to be small,
To rein it back in.
There's just me,
You,
This beautiful circle,
All tapping in together to just how strong,
How resilient we are.
And now,
Expand the space inside of you,
Inside of your belly,
Let your belly be proud,
Take up more room.
Feel your heart opening,
Widening,
Not to anybody else right now,
Just to you.
Because you chose to pause,
To listen,
To come inside your own space and feel what's true inside.
We are so quick to compare externally,
To see what everyone else has done or is doing,
Or measure ourselves against some standard that doesn't even matter.
What matters is what's true inside of you.
So feet firmly planted,
Body steady and strong,
Breathe into you.
Relaxing your muscles.
What if you allowed yourself to expand even a little wider than you think possible?
Just a little bit more.
Notice how that takes away from nobody else.
No one here is less because you are more right now.
If anything,
We expand together.
We strengthen our focus because we're doing it together.
It feels good.
It's amazing to be in our own body when we feel good about ourselves.
Relax your muscles.
We're going to go just a couple more minutes.
My invitation to you now is to perhaps feel what is happening at your crown chakra without leaving your body.
Feet firmly planted,
You're present inside of you.
Your heart is wide,
Strong.
Your third chakra is steady.
What if you allowed your attention to just notice your crown chakra,
The very top part of your crown?
It's a little above your head,
A couple inches perhaps above your head or maybe even a foot.
Now just be curious.
There's,
Again,
No right or wrong way to do any of this.
There's just what feels true to you.
From this perspective or lens from inside of you,
If you were to look up at your crown chakra,
How wide did you think the opening to your source,
Your God,
Your creator,
Your connection to the infinite,
Whatever it is for you,
How wide do you think that aperture is in this moment?
No judgment,
You just want to be curious.
Breathe into your body.
There you go,
Steady your body,
Good job.
Is it the amount of opening that you prefer?
Do you want it to be less or more?
Or is it just right?
Stay in your body as you play with this idea.
What if you could adjust it just a little bit right now in the direction you want to go?
Maybe that's wider,
Maybe that's less.
Keeping yourself steady in your body.
What happens inside of you when you make that adjustment?
You're just playing with it.
It's not any certain way.
You're just being curious.
What would happen if you shift it just slightly?
Relax your muscles.
And then just be in that new experience for a moment.
Perhaps you allow that energy to flow through from your God,
Your source,
Whatever consciousness you have at the top of your crown.
If you allow more of that pure light,
Pure energy to flow into your body or less,
How does it feel from inside you?
Feel your feet still here.
How does it feel from here?
If you allow that consciousness,
That energy to move through your body,
What do you notice happening inside of you?
And if you guide that current,
That flow all the way down through to your feet,
And perhaps just allow it to move through your feet and into the earth underneath you,
What do you notice happening in your body then?
The word I hear is conduit.
We become a conduit of energy consciousness that moves through from outside of earth through our human being down into the surface,
The core of earth.
Notice how that feels inside of you.
Does it take anything away from you or add anything to you?
And then imagine you can seal your feet shut,
Hold your energy inside of you and fill yourself up if anything released.
Fill yourself up with this pure light and bring your attention back to your crown again and make whatever adjustments feel right to you.
Beautiful.
We're going to take just a minute to start closing the meditation and gently bringing ourselves back into the community space.
So keep your eyes closed.
Allow yourself to feel any adjustments that need to be made in your body.
You've had these different images or ways to play with energy as we've gone through the meditation,
So make the adjustments that feel right to you.
Keep your feet firmly planted.
Here you are.
Use your breath to steady your body.
And as you feel ready,
Just slowly open your eyes.
You might want to look at one thing in front of you.
You may just want to keep your eyes closed for a little bit.
I'm looking at this little crystal that I hold when I meditate,
A little piece of smoky quartz that I got from my friend,
Nicole.
And then just allow yourself to start to come back to full consciousness,
Whole presence.
Here you are.
You had a little experience,
And now we're coming back into a community space where maybe there's some conversation you want to participate in,
Maybe there isn't.
There's no right or wrong.
Trust what feels good to you.
My guess is you may need a big glass of water.
You may need some hydration.
You might want to journal if there were some pieces that came through.
And the song is here and now.
