Jasmine is a mindfulness meditation teacher and yoga instructor whose path into this work began through grief. What started as personal medicine became a steady practice she now shares with others. She creates supportive spaces for people who feel burnt out, in survival mode, or simply longing to come back home to themselves, especially those who do not often see themselves represented in wellness spaces. Her work is rooted in community care and the belief that personal restoration and collective liberation are connected.
