When the world feels heavy — from difficult news, uncertainty, or the suffering we see around us — it’s easy for anxiety and emotional overwhelm to build in our bodies. This meditation offers a place to step back, release some of that weight, and make room inside to reconnect with the goodness that still exists in this moment.
