This meditation will guide you to connect to a deep and calm protection.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and feel your breath filling up your body with lights.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out any darkness,
Any worries.
Breathe out any stress.
Breathing in,
Breathing in warmth,
Light,
Life,
Positive energy.
Breathing out,
Breathing out any darkness.
Feeling your body relaxed and the surface below you.
Imagine that it's a sponge and your entire body is heavy sinking into the surface below you.
Allow your entire body to relax.
Envision that there's a light coming in from above your head.
Feeling the warmth of the lights.
This light has a quality of protection and healing.
Protection.
Healing.
The warmth of the lights graces the top of your head.
Moving down the front of your face.
The back of your head,
The back of your neck.
Down your chest,
Your shoulders.
It's relaxing your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
And your feet.
Your whole body is warm,
Filled with lights.
And the light is warming your feet.
It's connecting you to the surface below you.
That light reaches way down deep into the core of the earth.
You feel connected from the earth's core to all that is serene within your being.
The light comes back through your ankles and your calves and your knees and your thighs,
Your hips,
Up to your abdomen.
And your chest,
Your arms.
Your neck.
Your head.
The light reaches far beyond your head.
Your entire body is cocooned in a beautiful,
Protective light.
Be present there.
Allowing the white light to channel through you,
To strengthen you,
To guide you,
To preserve your lights.
In this state,
In this channel of light,
You can ask the light to stay with you,
To protect you.
Ask the light to be there with you in any times when you need protection,
When you need strength.
In envisioning how powerful you are.
You are protected by the lights.
Allow yourself to breathe in that light,
To breathe in that protection.
Let it flow wherever it is needed in your being.
And allow yourself to embrace this light of protection.
Let it inside of you for when you need it the most.
Let it become activated to protect you when you need its strength,
When you need its power.
Let the light now to flow through you to wherever it needs to go.
You can envision sending it there.
Other places that come to mind where protection is needed.
Places that are close to your heart.
Places that you love.
Allow yourself to open up and share that protection with the world.
And again,
Breathing in the light of protection.
So you can be stronger in your own body whenever you need it the most.
Taking a moment,
Thanking the lights that came to you.
And knowing that as you share this light,
Your own flame will grow and grow and grow.
You can listen from the count of three to one.
And at one,
Come back,
Back into your body.
Feeling the energy of protection of the lights and all the love that the light has for you to share.
Three,
You can feel your breath gently coming back into your chest.
Two,
You can wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
One,
Open your eyes slowly and gently.
