It's time to embrace your confidence as a leader or a healer in your yoga or wellness business,

And today I'm sharing just how you can do that.

And I know that it might feel a little bit uncomfortable at times to truly show up and claim your expertise.

I know that you may have felt this in the past because I've felt this as well.

It can be challenging to really fully trust that you have the skills and experience to make a real impact in your yoga or your healing business.

So we're going to talk about what you can do to gain confidence and really step into the leader that you already are.

And the thing is that you do have everything that you need to step into that power,

Whether you fully believe that or not.

And I know that you're watching right now because you're ready to embrace that next level in your journey as a healing business owner and you're in the right place.

So today I'll be walking you through just a few steps to build your confidence so that you can start to take inspired action and show up in a way that is authentic,

But it really truly reflects the leader that you know you are deep down inside.

So stick with me.

Many of you have been coming to me for information around filling your retreats and starting to make passive income and all of those types of things.

So first I want to take it back here and just acknowledge that perhaps in the past you,

Like I,

Have struggled to feel confident in promoting your offerings.

So maybe that's your workshops,

Maybe that's your retreats,

Maybe it's just getting out on your own independent of a studio or another business.

And I know that you have poured your heart into creating these amazing experiences,

These transformative offerings,

But when it comes to the selling part,

It might feel a little bit uncomfortable or a little bit inauthentic or kind of even cringey at first.

You might have even worried in the past that you'd be coming off as pushy or like no one was going to sign up and I've felt all of those things as well.

You might even feel like all of your time and your energy goes unnoticed when you're creating your content or when you are promoting your workshops and other offerings.

If you're anything like I was back then when that was happening to me,

You might not really be sure what else to do when it comes to promoting your offerings.

And I see this all the time with my one-on-one clients and those who come to me looking for support,

The yoga teachers and healers that I do work with.

Many of you have these incredible offers,

These amazing gifts that you have to offer the world,

But it feels like a little bit challenging to fully own your value and to get comfortable being seen in a bigger way,

To take up more space as the leader that you are.

But the good news is that you are not alone and this is something that I work on with my one-on-one clients and really is something that I had to do a big deep dive into when I started creating my own offerings four or five years ago now.

So today I want you to acknowledge that you are stepping into a new version of yourself and this is a version who she knows her worth and she's ready to make a bigger impact not just for yourself,

Not just so that you can make consistent monthly income and work solely for yourself,

But really you're ready to make a bigger impact for your dream students,

For the people who are waiting and looking for your guidance,

Because we all know there's a hell of a lot going on in the world right now and things are not going to slow down anytime soon.

So us as healers and leaders,

We need to fully step into that role and show up for the students who need us.

So I'm sure that you've already decided that you want to start filling your workshops and retreats with students who actually resonate with your message.

We're not filling them just to make an income here,

We're attracting the students who will keep coming back for more because of the transformation that you're offering them and now it's time to embody that next level of confidence to make that happen.

So let me share a few steps with you on how to do this.

The first step is to own your expertise right?

I've been talking about this a little bit lately because this is something,

This is a pattern I'm seeing in many of you who I've worked with in the past and who I'm working with now,

The first step to building your confidence is owning your expertise.

You've already done the work,

You've done the trainings,

You've studied,

You've gotten the experience but for some reason you might still be having a few moments here and there of doubting whether you're truly ready and I'm here to just remind you that you are ready.

You are and self-doubt,

Little moments of self-doubt are natural but it's how you step through that self-doubt and remind yourself of your why.

Why are you doing this?

Who are you doing this for and what impact do you want to make?

You need to remind yourself that you are an expert in your space and you've invested in your personal growth and even your business growth whether it's through certifications or workshops or just years of teaching and healing work,

You have all of the knowledge that you need to make a massive difference in your students lives and your potential future students lives.

You need to remember that and it's not just knowing that you're an expert,

It really is about how you show up,

Showing up in a way that reflects that you are the expert.

When you truly believe in your value,

People are going to feel that,

Right?

I think you can relate to this if you have other mentors or teachers that you look up to.

Think about how you feel in their presence,

Think about that strong confidence that I can almost guarantee you that they have and how when you're around them you start to feel that strong confidence as well.

So your students will be drawn to your energy,

Your clarity,

And your confidence.

If you have not done this lately,

I've got a little exercise that I want you to try,

Okay?

Spend some time just journaling,

Writing down everything that you've done that qualifies you to be the leader that you already are.

So especially if you've been holding back a little bit on really showing up as the leader,

Just write down what trainings have you completed,

What results have you gotten for your students,

What kind of compliments are you getting after your sessions from students,

What are your unique strengths and experiences that you bring to the table,

And the more that you remind yourself of these things,

The more you'll start to embody that expert energy.

All right,

Let's get to the second step.

So showing up authentically and strategically.

Let's break that down.

So now that you're owning your expertise,

You got a check on step one,

It's time to show up as a leader,

Right?

One thing that I do often see is that many of you are focusing a little bit too much on selling the features of your workshops and your retreats,

The details,

Right?

Instead of the transformation that you are providing.

I've been talking to some of you about that recently.

People don't sign up because of the hours or the amenities or the schedule,

Right?

Of course they need to learn that at some point,

But why they're going to sign up to your event,

Your offering,

Instead of somebody else's is because they want the transformation that comes with it.

So important.

They want to feel better,

They want to feel lighter,

More aligned with their true selves,

Whatever it is that you are offering them,

You need to be crystal clear with that message and that transformation.

So how can you start to show up in a way that communicates that transformation?

And if you're not quite sure what your transformation is,

This is something I work with my one-on-one clients with about,

But you can start off by just sitting again and journaling and seeing what comes up for you.

The first thing you need to do,

Though,

To show up this way is be authentic,

Right?

Be yourself,

Be real with your audience,

Share your story,

Share your struggles and your wins as they relate to your ideal student or your niche.

When you show up as your true self,

Your ideal students are going to feel that connection to you.

They're going to resonate with what you're saying.

They're going to feel the connection that goes beyond just the features,

What you're offering on paper or on screen.

Being strategic is something also that we need to think about.

And I know that many of us as teachers,

As healers,

The strategy piece when it comes to marketing and business does not come naturally.

And that doesn't mean it can't happen because I know for me,

When I started creating my offerings four or five years ago,

Oh,

There was no strategy.

There was no business experience.

I had no confidence.

And that's really why I'm passionate about supporting you through this because of everything that I've learned in the last four years around this topic.

So being strategic,

This is where having the right support does come in.

And I wouldn't be here if I hadn't invested in support over the many years.

You might feel like on your own,

You're kind of spinning your wheels.

You're doing the same thing over and over again with little results or even no results.

Sometimes I've been there as well.

And I know that you are ready to open up yourself to hearing about the blind spots in your promotional strategy.

If you have a promotional strategy,

You might even think that you need to reach more people.

And that can definitely be part of it,

Right?

But it goes beyond just reaching more people.

What does that look like?

How do you do that?

And maybe it could be about refining your message or your niche or being more authentically you in your content.

So I know that you understand the value of learning from a mentor who's been where you are like I have.

And you do not have to do this alone.

Sometimes having someone point out the gaps in your strategy is the key to building the confidence you need for your next level of success.

And I'm constantly investing in my own business and my own growth as a business owner.

And I can tell you that,

Yeah,

I think I already said it,

But I just would not be here if I hadn't been doing that.

Okay,

Final step here is to be consistent and to be patient.

So confidence does not come from like one successful workshop or retreat most of the time,

Right?

It's built over time through consistent action.

And if you know me,

You know that taking action is very important as far as business growth goes.

And I love to take action.

So even when you are taking more action,

That is going to mean that there will be more ups and downs.

But the key is just to continue showing up.

Keep refining your offerings,

Your messaging,

And engaging with your community,

Showing them who you are and what problem you're solving for them.

So the results are going to come and it's important to trust that process.

Especially if you're kind of starting out or you're shifting your niche or your messaging,

You do need to be patient.

Progress might feel a little bit slower at times,

But in this world where we're used to this instant gratification,

I know it can feel like you're on one side of a screen and you don't know if anyone's listening,

But you do need to trust that the right people are finding you.

And as long as you have a clear message and a strong strategy in place,

You're going to start to see those results that you're after.

Those results of filling your retreats,

Your workshops,

Gaining traction,

And attracting your ideal students to your social media platforms.

So I know that you've decided to prioritize your business growth and you truly believe that it's possible to sell out your amazing workshops and your incredible retreats in the future.

And you are ready to set up a consistent passive income stream so that it takes some of the pressure away of generating monthly income.

And it helps balance out your energy levels and helps you create a life that gives you more time and energy for things like your own wellness,

Your own self-care,

So that you can show up more for your dream students.

But it does start with consistency,

Showing up even if there are times when it feels like things aren't really moving,

And trusting that your efforts are going to pay off.

So recapping here the three steps you need to take to build more confidence with your yoga or healing biz.

Own your expertise.

You already have everything you need to be a leader in the space.

Show up authentically and strategically.

It's time to focus on the transformation you are offering and get the support you need to refine your approach.

And be consistent and patient.

Confidence is built over time and success comes with taking action.
