Welcome to the last day of the breath by breath meditation journey.

Today's practice called breath by breath I am whole will take you on a little journey through the seven primary chakras or energy centers within the body and we'll be breathing into each of these chakras to awaken them and activate one of their essential qualities which when felt all together gives us a sense of wholeness.

So come into a comfortable seat you can also lie down for this practice let your eyes close if you'd like and begin to turn your attention inward noticing your breath flowing in and out and slowing your breath down and beginning to feel where the breath is moving through your body letting your breath deepen seeing if you can stretch it down a little deeper inside of you and using your exhalation to let go of tension let go of stress let go of the thinking mind and feel all of yourself coming home into this moment and in this moment remembering that you are whole and complete.

Now the next time you breathe in take your breath all the way down to the base of your spine this is the location of your root chakra and it is through our root chakra that we tap into our sense of self-worth.

So breathe in and let your breath expand through the base of your spine and as you breathe out just relax through this area and repeat that a couple times awakening your root chakra and tapping into self-worth.

It can be helpful as we touch into these different chakras today to imagine a globe residing right here at the base of your spine that represents this energy center and breathing into that globe of light letting it expand and then when you breathe out just letting that globe of light dim and shrink a little awakening your inherent self-worth and then from the base of your spine let your awareness and let your breath move up into the center of your pelvis this is where your second chakra is located your sacral chakra and this chakra connects us to our innate creativity.

So breathe into this space let your breath expand through this area and as you exhale relax through your pelvis relax any holding through this energy center tapping into your inner creativity.

These energies are always present inside of us it's just a matter of tuning into them and awakening them and utilizing them.

Good now from your second chakra from your pelvis begin to lift your attention lifting your breath up into your belly and beginning to breathe into this space of the solar plexus chakra your third chakra and when this chakra is awakened and enlivened it gives us a sense of personal power.

So breathe into this area notice how it feels and let it take up space tap into this great resource of power within and from your solar plexus chakra breathe in lift your attention up into the center of your chest connecting to your fourth chakra your heart chakra and of course one of the qualities of this chakra when awakened is love being able to feel the love that we are.

So breathe in can imagine again a globe of light residing right here within your chest letting it expand and as you breathe out relax this area let go of stress tension blockages to the love that you are and taking your attention now up into the center of your neck into your throat center your throat chakra and beginning to breathe into this area to awaken authenticity to awaken your inner truth breathing in expanding this energy center and breathing out releasing any blockages here any resistance to speaking your truth owning your truth expressing your truth authentically and from the center of your throat breathe in lifting your awareness to the space right between your eyebrows right behind your forehead to your third eye chakra breathe in and expand through the space opening up your intuition awakening your insight your ability to know what serves in your highest and best interest breathe in feel a globe of light expanding behind your forehead breathe out release any stress any tension from this area and lastly from your third eye draw your awareness all the way up to the crown of your head to your crown chakra and begin to breathe into this area again you might see a globe of light expanding with your inhalation and releasing with your exhalation when we awaken this energy center and tap into it we gain a sense of oneness a sense of belonging a sense of being connected to all that is take one more breath right here at the crown of your head breathe it out and then from the crown of your head just in your mind's eye begin to move your attention move your breath move your energy down from the crown to the third eye to the throat to the heart to the solar plexus to the sacral center all the way back down to the tip of your tailbone the base of your spine to your root chakra take a deep breath in through the nose side out through an open mouth and then let yourself ground this experience by moving your awareness into the earth grounding this moment grounding this experience grounding your potential and grounding your wholeness so imagine yourself growing roots into the earth and as you ground yourself down say to yourself silently or out loud if it resonates with you I am whole I am whole everything you need is within you you are whole let's take one last deep breath in through the nose sealing in the goodness from this practice breathing out completely it's easy as we go about our day-to-day routines to forget about the magnificence and the potential that we hold within to forget about how whole and complete we already are on the inside so I invite you to bring this with you out into whatever is next share it with those that you come in contact with and come back to this practice whenever you forget thanks for joining us and have a beautiful rest of your day
