Taking some time to sit down,
With your feet on the floor,
With your hands on your lap,
Taking a gentle deep breath in and out and closing down the eyes,
Connecting with the natural flow of your breath.
Now placing one hand on your stomach and one hand on your chest,
Notice the movement within your body as you breathe.
And as you do so,
Start to bring some compassion for yourself into your energy.
We are all guilty of beating ourselves up,
For not thinking we're good enough,
For having repeating negative in our chat.
This moment is about bringing compassion back into your body,
Feeling good about yourself.
What does compassion feel like to you?
Very often it's easier to feel it for other people.
What does it feel like bringing compassion into your own energy system?
Being gentle with yourself,
Releasing anything that's unnecessary or unneeded and filling your body with a sense of compassion,
Perhaps happiness,
Contentment,
Peace.
Bringing that sense of compassion as you breathe from the top of your head down to your fingertips and down to the connection your feet have with the floor.
And hold on to that feeling of compassion as you release your hands now,
Taking a gentle stretch and a deeper breath in and out and opening your eyes,
Coming back to the day.
