Welcome to this time,
This time for yourself,
This time for the present moment,
Allowing it to be the only moment,
Finding a place where you're comfortable seated or lying down and you're warm.
You have some time to just be,
To just watch what happens when life is allowed,
Allowed to just flow in,
Around,
Through you,
As you.
Just allowing yourself to open up the soles of your feet in your mind's eye and open up your palms wide and soft,
Releasing the tongue from the roof of your mouth and allowing complete ease to be invited into this body,
Mind,
Heart.
Now,
Allow the music to just fill you,
To just wash you clean by gnarled beats to train the brain,
More ease of the nervous system,
More permission to be in this moment.
Just allow yourself to feel your shoulders and shoulder blades releasing down gently into your back pockets.
Just visualize,
Just feel the surface you're sitting or lying on supporting you,
Being the anchor to this present moment,
Coming back to that again and again.
If you get lost or you leave or you distract,
The mind will just go and go and go,
Sensing always,
Always antennas out,
Looking,
Looking for danger,
Looking for safety.
This coming back to the ground,
The ground that's holding you,
The ground of your being,
Ultimately that's holding you,
That is you.
There is no way the future can touch you now,
No way the worry,
The catastrophizing about all the things that could happen,
That might happen,
And then the scramble,
What would you do?
Releasing into the breath,
Allowing the worry,
The future,
The scramble to just have a place,
Have a place outside of you.
You could even visualize it,
Could even put it in a box or a beautiful vessel outside,
Where it can also be washed clean,
Where it can also be transformed.
See it now in your mind's eye,
See where you've placed it.
It is also safe as you are safe here and now,
Residing in the present moment,
Breathing.
Just allow yourself to be breathed for a few moments as you just come into in this present moment,
You are ready to receive life,
You are ready to meet life,
You are ready to be life.
There is no power in the future,
Pain in the past.
If you want to live there,
There will be no peace.
But here,
Here in the present moment,
There is only peace,
Calm,
Presence,
Life,
Ready now.
Keep resting,
Keep tuning into whatever is holding you,
Wherever you're sitting or lying down,
Tune in,
Soften,
Release into it.
If thoughts arise,
That's fine,
Go ahead and put them in your beautiful box or vessel.
They are safe there,
You are safe here.
If fear comes up and wants to take you into a future that's not here now,
Come back,
Come back to what's holding you,
Whether you're sitting,
Lying down or standing.
Imprint it so you can take it with you to any moment.
It can bring you back to now.
Taking a deep breath in,
Letting it out with some sound.
Another deep breath in,
Letting it out with some sound.
And one more time as you breathe in,
Gently open your eyes and let it out with some sound.
Turn your head from side to side,
See what you see,
Allow your gaze to land on something,
Smile,
For here you are free.
