Take a few moments to get really comfortable.

And let go any thoughts that were plaguing you before you laid down or sat here to listen to this audio.

You don't need to think about it now.

It will be there for you later if you need it.

Take a few nice deep breaths.

And let them go.

Fully.

And releasing.

Breathing deeply.

I want you to imagine that in front of you,

You can see a line which is the entire timeline of your life.

It goes from one side,

Which is your past,

All the way through your present and into your future.

You know instinctively which end is your past and which is your future and there you are right now in the present.

I want you to imagine you can see that whole line as a line and bring it in front of you.

And when you've got that timeline in front of you or a sense of it if you can't really see it.

I want you to imagine that you are going to float up above your timeline.

Constantly as you float up,

You will look down.

So that you as you float right up,

Imagine you're as high as a hot air balloon looking down only on your timeline.

That you can see it.

End to end and know where your past is,

Where your present is and where your future is.

And that should you choose to,

You could come closer and the line would appear bigger.

But I want you to zoom out.

And what I want you to do now is I want you to go to the part of your timeline that represents the past 12 months for you.

The past 12 months right up to now.

And without getting involved in the dramas,

In the emotions of the things that have happened.

I want you now to look at the highs,

The lows,

The joyful moments and the hurt.

And as you look down on that section of your timeline that is just the past 12 months.

Without accessing the emotions,

Keeping yourself nice and high and looking right down.

What can you learn from the past 12 months?

What are your learnings?

I want you to list them to yourself in your head.

Everything that you can observe or learn about the past 12 months.

And wherever you are,

I want you to focus on the past 12 months.

And as you look down on that section of your timeline that is just the past 12 months,

I want you to go back to the past 12 months and do what you have been doing for the past 12 months.

And when you are sure that you have taken all of those learnings,

I want you to let go of the emotion.

Imagine yourself flushing it out of your body away from your timeline.

And now when you look at the past 12 months,

Knowing that those memories are preserved,

You may find that the emotional attachment has gone.

Good.

Float now again above your timeline and come back into now.

And now,

With those new learnings,

As you look towards your future and think about all the things you want to create for yourself,

How are you going to use those new learnings as you go forwards in your life for the next 12 months?

Take a few moments now to visualise how this will shape your actions for the next year.

And now,

With those new learnings,

How are you going to use those new learnings as you go forwards in your life for the next 12 months?

And when you are ready,

Float back into now,

Come back to this room and open your eyes.
