Make more time and money simply by avoiding a trap of work now,

Enjoy later.

Which most of the time turns into a burnout from work now,

Enjoy never.

Because there's always so much work.

And this is where productivity gurus also fall flat.

Because they focus on work more or work less.

It's the enjoyment that makes work worthwhile and productive.

It's enjoyment that's leading indicator of productivity.

And it literally makes you more time.

So when do you have more time?

And when are you more productive?

Is it when you're bored out of your mind and time is just really slow?

Or is it when you do what you love and time flies?

To make it absolutely clear,

Ask yourself.

When is more time passing through you?

It's when you enjoy what you do.

And that's how enjoyment literally makes you more time.

So productivity mantra becomes work now and enjoy it.

And that's why we meditate.

To clear our mind and heart from all the worries and be able to focus on what truly matters.

So let's practice and find a comfortable place where you can.

Welcome to soul activation for productivity.

To enjoyment of the work.

Find a comfortable place where you feel safe and undisturbed for remainder of this practice.

Relax your physical body.

Close your eyes and go within.

Keep breathing.

Keep relaxing.

Keep awareness of your heart.

Keep relaxing your physical body with each exhalation.

Make sure your eyes are relaxed.

Soften your gaze and face.

Loosen your jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

Breathe out any unease and discomfort.

Allow yourself to be fully present to your body as you remain aware of your heart.

And a pure place in your heart full of unconditional love,

Happiness,

Peace,

Bliss,

Fulfillment.

Keep breathing and be mindful of your heart.

Your mind.

Observe your thoughts.

Just observe.

Without need to talk,

Engage or any way and shape and form.

Change your thoughts.

Allow them to be as you allow your heart to be.

Just be present and observe.

Relaxing deeper and deeper into a present moment.

Allowing yourself to feel any and all emotions.

Just observe and be present.

As you breathe,

You may ask yourself,

What is a work that you must get done?

Try to pick high leverage work,

Something it gives you most return.

After work is knowing what the work is.

So take your time to pick most important task,

Goal,

Work that you will get done after this meditation.

Once picked,

Consider,

Can you automate,

Delegate or eliminate in part or in whole this task,

Or is this something you must get done yourself?

Keep breathing and be aware of your heart.

Feeling any slight changes in your feelings,

Thoughts and observation as I ask you these questions and as you reflect on them.

Allow yourself to feel and be thankfully present to any answers you receive.

By now,

You probably have a task,

Something you specifically must get done.

Be thankfully present for given opportunity and honor to do this task.

Be thankfully present to the fact that you can enjoy doing this task.

Because you choose to do it out of your free will.

Acknowledge that no one can force you to do this task.

It's your own free will to choose it,

Regardless of your motivation.

The fact is,

You choose it,

Maybe to avoid pain,

Discomfort or gain pleasure.

Reasons matter not,

It's the choice that you make,

That allows you to fully own the ownership of doing this work and allows you to enjoy it.

Because it's your choice to do this job instead of many other things you could be doing.

So ask your heart,

How can I best enjoy this?

Since I will do this,

How can I best enjoy this task?

And listen.

Be thankfully present to your heart.

You may stay here as long as you like.

Listening to your heart and intuition.

And whenever ready,

You may open your eyes and have it magical.
