Welcome,
My beloved,
To this mindful breathing and medicine music practice to arrive and fall in love with the present moment.
This is your Breathwork Coach Ashwathaman and Reena Brang Transformation Coach and Singer-Songwriter Welcoming you to the ultimate present moment with our teacher Thich Nhat Hanh's walking meditation.
Now allow yourself to be in a comfortable seated position or lying down.
Relax your body.
Relax your shoulders and your palms.
As you close your eyes,
Tune into your breath.
Feel your breath flowing naturally and be the loving awareness of your breath.
Now repeat the affirmations in your mind as you breathe and feel them vibrating in your heart space.
Now breathe in,
I have arrived.
Breathe out,
I am home.
Breathing in,
I have arrived.
Breathing out,
I am home.
I have arrived.
I am home.
Keep breathing with this awareness.
Begin to notice that you are already right here.
In the present moment,
With the loving presence of your breath and that you are already home right here within your own soul,
Embrace your inner radiance and presence.
Now breathing in in the here.
Breathing out in the now.
Breathing in in the here.
Breathing out in the now.
In the here.
In the now.
Keep breathing with this awareness.
Be here in the present moment.
Embrace every wave of your breath.
Each moment you breathe is a gift.
Now breathing in,
I am solid.
Breathing out,
I am free.
Breathing in,
I am solid.
Breathing out,
I am free.
I am solid.
I am free.
Keep breathing with this awareness and feel the earth beneath you.
Embrace the solid connection with the Mother Earth.
Feel yourself releasing any unnecessary worries or fears.
Now breathing in,
In the ultimate.
Breathing out,
I dwell.
Breathing in,
In the ultimate.
Breathing out,
I dwell.
In the ultimate,
I dwell.
Keep breathing with this awareness,
Dwelling deeply in the present moment and embracing your inner presence.
Now slowly place your palms on your heart center.
Embrace your whole being fully in this moment and fall in love with the presence while listening to I Have Arrived medicine music with lyrics by Thich Nhat Hanh and music by Trina Brung.
In the here,
In the now,
I am solid.
I am free.
In the ultimate.
In the here,
In the now,
I am solid.
In the now,
I am solid.
In the now,
I am solid.
In the ultimate.
Now relax your body and relax your palms.
Roll your shoulders.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Smile and lovingly open your eyes.
You have arrived.
You are home.
Namaste.
