Good morning,

My friend.

Relax and trust.

Trusting yourself is the foundation of healthy relationship with yourself.

Life is a journey where we constantly make decisions to live our lives.

When we trust ourselves,

It helps us to be ourselves,

To believe in ourselves,

To experience less self-criticism,

Fear or anxiety.

It helps us trust in the process of life with positive attitude to fully live,

Love and fully enjoy our lives,

To live from our hearts.

Let's begin our morning meditation,

Relax and trust.

Slowly stretch your body.

Now in a comfortable seated position.

Spine straight.

Shoulders relaxed.

Rest your palms facing open on your laps and close your eyes.

Bring your awareness into your breath.

Embracing the natural rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.

Now we will do 10 rounds of slow belly breathing.

Breathing in slowly into your belly.

Breathing out,

Relaxing your belly.

Breathing in slowly into your belly.

Breathing out slowly,

Relaxing your belly.

8 more rounds.

Now relax and breathe naturally.

As you breathe,

Repeat the affirmations in your mind and feel them in your heart.

Breathe in,

I am relaxed.

Breathe out,

I am happy and free.

I am relaxed.

I am relaxed.

I am happy and free.

Now breathing in,

I fully trust myself.

Breathing out,

I embrace myself with confidence.

I am filled with trust and gratitude.

Breathing out,

I trust in the process of life.

Maybe you can place your palms gently over your heart.
