Hello and welcome to this meditation for Capricorn Moons.

This meditation is designed to support you emotionally and offer a haven of safety for you as a Capricorn Moon.

Your moon represents your inner world,

Your ever-shifting emotions and your physical and emotional needs.

So the sign of your moon reveals what nurturing style supports your soul the most on a daily basis.

It is through the moon that we live out our life purpose daily,

Get our needs met,

And express our inner world through our emotions.

Let's start this meditation by arriving in your comfortable meditative position,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Whether that is seated with the spine long,

Crown of the head reaching for the constellations,

Or whether that is laying down on the floor,

Your couch,

Or your recliner.

Take a moment to settle into a position where the spine is unobstructed so you can take a nice,

Full,

Long,

Deep breath.

Close down the eyes or soften the gaze.

And let's begin to clear out your current energy with the breath.

Take a deep inhale through the nose.

Exhale,

Open mouth sigh.

Another inhale through the nose,

This time hold it at the top just for a sip.

And exhale,

Big release out the mouth.

One more inhale through the nose,

Little extra sip at the top.

And full exhale out,

Let it go.

Return to your natural rhythm of breath and just notice where the breath is circulating in your body right now.

As you bring your awareness deeper within,

Begin to shift your attention into your body.

Drop that awareness even deeper,

Becoming fully aware of your bones.

Capricorn,

As the ever-steady and reliable earth sign,

Rules the bones,

The sturdy structures in our body.

Feel the steadiness within you.

Take a mental scan of your bones from top to bottom,

Starting at your skull.

Become aware of the bones that encase your brain.

Moving down to the cervical spine at your neck,

Your thoracic spine behind your lungs,

Down to the lumbar spine at your low back.

Becoming aware of the pelvis,

The thigh bones,

The bones that support your calves,

Your ankles,

The bones in your feet,

Out to the bones in your toes.

Becoming aware now of your shoulders,

The shoulder bones that support both of your arms.

Feel the upper arm bone,

The bones that make up the forearm,

The radius and the ulna.

Feel the bones that extend the webbing of your hands.

Feel the bones of each of your fingers.

Becoming fully aware of every bone in your body,

Connecting to every joint that extends to every ligament.

Feel into the detail of your bone structure.

Now become aware of your entire skeleton.

The essence of your being surrounds this inner frame.

Honor the structure of who you are at your core.

Then zero in on the base of your spine,

The tiny little triangle structure that is your tailbone.

This tailbone is energetically connected to the root chakra,

The Capricorn energy of stability and ambitious pressure to feel your legacy lives in the root chakra.

On your next inhale,

See the breath move to the base of the tailbone where your root chakra is.

As you breathe into this space,

Start to see a red disc.

Start to spin clockwise.

Feel your roots start to grow into the earth as the red disc continues to spin,

Opening up your root chakra to the cosmic force of grounding into this cardinal earth sign.

With each breath,

The red disc grows larger and larger and your life force draws into this energy center at your root,

Anchoring you to the moment.

Take one final deep breath and see the disc slow its spinning and eventually closing,

Locking in the Capricorn qualities of safety and security into your root chakra.

Now zero in on your skull,

The crown of your head.

Send breath from your root chakra up the spine to the crown of the head.

Here is where your crown chakra lives,

The center that connects us to divine intelligence,

To greater knowing.

Breathe into the crown of your head.

As you breathe into this space,

Start to see a white disc spinning clockwise.

Feel your mind be cleansed of any unnecessary thoughts,

Mental chatter and clutter.

Allow the breath to release any pressure you feel to have all the answers.

With each breath,

The white disc grows larger and larger,

Clearing away the logical mind.

You surrender to the wisdom that is greater than yourself.

Take one final breath and see the disc slowly come to a close,

Leaving your mind with clarity and trust.

Return to your natural,

Even and smooth breaths.

Picture yourself in a nestled forest of pine trees at the base of a tall mountain peak.

You sit down on your favorite cushion in this forest at the mountain base and take a moment with yourself.

As the scent of the cedar pine trees wash over you,

You see the sun setting and casting a glorious golden glow behind the growing shadows of the forest.

You feel safe and grounded in this forest and close your eyes to reflect.

As if you are having an annual review meeting with yourself in the forest,

Reflect on how far you have come in the past year,

All that you achieved and brought to life this past year.

Comb through the data of the past year and pick out any highlight moments that you wish to celebrate.

Take yourself back to one of those moments and recall how immensely proud you were of yourself.

Invite this feeling into your body.

Celebrate your achievements of the past year,

Big and small.

With this feeling of immense gratitude and celebration in your heart,

You then begin to look at the future.

You open your eyes,

Stand up from your seat and notice the sun has fully set and the full moon is now out.

You look up and set your gaze on the mountain peak,

The symbol of your next ambition,

And start walking towards the mountain trail.

Set an intention for the mountain peak.

What is the next goal you wish to conquer?

You consistently take one step up this mountain,

Then another,

And then another.

Surrounded by deep green trees and chirping night animals,

You dedicate your full spirit to ascending this mountain.

You see the inviting light of the full moon obscured by the peak of the mountain.

You become supercharged by the lunar energy to propel you forward as you continue to take determined steps up.

As you finally reach the peak of the mountain,

The entire moon has emerged in its wholeness.

Outstretching your arms with a feeling of pride and accomplishment,

You soak in the bright,

Purifying light of the full moon.

As the moon envelops you with its renewing light,

You start to feel empowered throughout all of your bones,

Trusting in your capability to accomplish any long-term goal your soul desires and trusting your ability to receive support from forces greater than yourself.

Begin to deepen the breath,

Reawakening the body gently by breathing deep into the core.

Softly invite movement into the body,

Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,

Rolling out the neck and head.

Whenever you are ready to close your meditation practice,

Bring both hands to your heart,

One stacked on top of another.

Feel the warmth of your hands awakening the qualities of your moon sign,

Interconnected to your soul.

Take one nurturing inhale through the nose,

Sealing your moon into your soul,

An expansive exhale out the mouth,

Sharing your moon into the universe.

Gently open the eyes,

Coming back into your space.
