Ethereal, dreamy, and otherworldly. This new moon in Pisces invites us into the soft, mutable waters of imagination, intuition, and spiritual connection. As the final sign of the zodiac, Pisces offers a threshold between endings and beginnings, encouraging surrender and renewal. In this ritual, we’ll release tendencies toward escapism—whether through fantasy, distraction, or avoidance—and instead turn inward. By connecting with the spiritual possibilities within, we learn to escape inwardly, allowing creative and soulful desires to take form through Pisces’ fluid, compassionate energy. Welcome to your new moon ritual meditation.

This new moon is in the sign of Pisces as we approach the spring equinox.

Pisces represents our dreams,

Spirituality,

Creativity,

And compassion.

This new moon welcomes the opportunity to let go of our tendency to escape into a fantasy life,

A daydream,

Or even a physical place we escape to.

By connecting with the spiritual possibilities within,

Rather,

We can escape inward and manifest our creatively spiritual desires with this ethereal,

Mutable water energy.

Let's begin this new moon meditation by arriving in a comfortable meditative position.

It could be sitting with your feet on the ground,

Spine long,

Breath unobstructed,

Or you may choose to lay down comfortably in your bed,

Couch,

Or on a yoga mat.

Allow your body to get out any last minute fidgets or wiggles.

Begin by softening the gaze or even closing down the eyes and taking a deep breath in.

And relaxing as you take a deep breath out.

Feel your mind begin to settle as you take these mindful breaths in and out of the body.

Tell yourself that you are now arriving in a space of complete stillness.

Remind yourself that the to-do list can wait.

The outside world will be there when you finish.

And this time right now is purely dedicated to you and the moon.

We'll do a breathing technique called reverse taoist breathing.

In this breath,

When you take an inhale,

Actively draw the belly in towards the spine.

And when you exhale,

Actively push the belly out.

Inhale,

The belly draws in.

Exhale,

The belly pushes out.

Stay present with the breath and focus on the mechanisms in motion with your body and your breathing.

Imagine you are drawing divine energy into the body with each inhale.

And continue to actively push the belly out with your exhale,

Allowing your mind to cultivate focus with the motions of the belly as they counteract the natural motion the belly takes with each breath.

Each inhale,

Drawing the belly in.

Each exhale,

Pushing the abdomen out.

Take one final round of this breath.

Becoming aware as the belly draws in on the inhale.

And let go of the breath and just simply return to your natural rhythm of breath.

Gather your awareness at the center of your forehead.

And as you inhale,

Let go of the belly.

And as you exhale,

Let go of the belly.

Gather your awareness at the center of your forehead.

Drive that awareness deeper into the brain,

Past the frontal lobe,

Past the thalamus,

Until you reach the point in the brain where there is a bridge that connects both halves of your brain.

This bridge is where the pineal gland lies.

Connect with this tiny structure that is traditionally known as the spiritual third eye.

Listen to your pineal gland.

Where does it want to escape to?

And allow yourself to let go of your urge to escape.

Being here and being in the now elevates your highest self to its truest potential.

What connections do you innately sense beyond the earthly realm?

Can you feel your lively spirit separate from your earth body's external shell?

Where do you want to welcome your inner self?

Where do you want to welcome more creativity or compassion to life?

With this ethereal energy of Pisces seeping into the fertile sky of the new moon,

Now is a good time to set an intention around spirituality or healing for the next 29 days or six months until a full moon in Pisces arrives.

This new cycle offers an energetic landscape to truly welcome in forgiveness.

Bring to mind one thing you wish to forgive in order to heal.

And it can be yourself.

Now feel yourself move forward with a deeper trust in the divine spirits and guides that guide you to step into your compassion and all those dreamy creative ideas that you're ready to nurture and grow.

Now connect these intentions to the breath.

Inhale trust.

Exhale letting go of control.

Inhale forgiveness.

Exhale resentment.

Inhale fluidity.

Exhale solidity.

Imagine yourself safely suspended in the night sky by the moon,

Laying in the nook of her curvatures.

Laying in the nook of her curvatures.

As you connect your lunar body with her lunar body,

Feel her renewing you,

Cleansing you of all the doubt and untrust.

The moon holds you up closer to the sky above you,

Closer to the cosmos,

The unknown universe,

And the great expanse beyond.

A sparkling root begins to grow from your glowing body,

From the pineal gland,

The space deep within your brain.

As the root reaches for the stars,

Forming a bridge to source energy,

Feel it connect you to your spirit that exists in the ether of the grandiose universe.

That exists in the ether of the grandiose universe.

From the space deep within your mind,

Your pineal gland,

Begin to radiate gratitude to the moon for all it has revealed to you.

This gratitude permeates the logical and cognitive parts of your brain.

It's not something you need to force your mind to do.

It just simply embodies gratitude for her lunar essence,

For creating a fertile ground to plant your seeds of intention.

Gently breathe into the body as you slowly reawaken out of your lunar body and shift into your solar body.

Feel yourself hold on to the wisdom the lunar body has shown you.

Close your meditation ritual by taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Bring your hands together in prayer and bring your thumbs up to your third eye,

The center of the forehead,

Channeling that energy deep into the pineal gland.

Bowing down in honor of the moon and in honor of yourself.

Continue on with your new moon ritual or feel free to journal on any insights that came up during your meditation.

Thank you so much for joining me today.
