This guided relaxation practice will amplify the throat chakra through the power of manifestation, awakening you to your inner truth. Emboldening you to feel safe in expressing your authentic power through the practice of conscious relaxation.

Here is where we'll begin our yoga nidra practice Take a moment to get out any last minute fidgets or wiggles that may be causing a bit of discomfort in your body Really allow yourself to prioritize how comfortable you can get As you begin to settle in,

Just notice where your inhales and your exhales go On your next inhale,

See the breath move to the center of your throat where your throat chakra is As you breathe into this space,

Start to see a light blue turquoise disc start to spin counterclockwise Feel your throat start to activate radiantly as the light blue disc continues to spin and open up your throat chakra to your own divine voice Just like we have a third eye,

We have a second voice that is often unseen but intuitive and true The second voice carries messages from deep within Allow your second voice to take the lead and speak Listen deeply to what it has to say With each breath,

The turquoise disc grows larger and larger and your life force draws into this energy center,

Anchoring you to your truth Take one final deep breath and see the disc slow its spinning and eventually close locking in your inner wisdom and authenticity into your throat chakra Gently return to your natural breath and release the light blue disc into the sky above Now tell yourself three times,

Here begins the practice of yoga nidra I am open to receiving what I need to receive Tell yourself three times,

My voice matters to the world I am safe to move into my power,

My true self and shine my light As we welcome stillness within,

We'll start with the outermost layer of our being,

The physical body As I call out each part of your delicate human form,

Become aware of that part of your body and feel it become quiet and still First,

Center your awareness on your throat Become aware of the left collarbone,

Left shoulder,

Left arm and left hand Taking the journey in reverse,

Become aware of your left arm up to your left shoulder left collarbone back to the center of the throat become aware of the right collarbone right shoulder down your right arm placing your awareness in your right hand now become aware of your right arm right shoulder right collarbone back to the base of the throat become aware of your chest abdomen down to your pelvis move your consciousness over to your left hip left thigh left calf left foot move the awareness over to your right foot up to your right calf right thigh making it full circle to your right hip become aware of both hips move the awareness up now to your navel become aware of ribs on both sides of your body bring your awareness to your heart center,

The center of your chest traverse the awareness up to the throat become aware of the mouth lower lip upper lip teeth and gums become aware of the whole mouth altogether shift your awareness to the tip of the nose moving over to your left cheekbone left eye resting in its socket left eyebrow left temple up to the center of the forehead move the awareness down to your right temple right eyebrow right eye sitting in its socket right cheekbone circle the awareness up to the space between the eyebrows center of the forehead moving up to the crown of the head awareness falls down the back of the head descending into the back of the neck moving over to the front of the neck landing the awareness back at the center of the throat begin to see an energetic orb hover over your throat this orb draws in the spiritual essence of your voice its frequency,

Its wavelength and its spirit becomes absorbed by this orb the orb now encapsulates your voice as it glows it radiates the unique hues,

Glimmers,

And colors of your own voice intuitively accept any shade that your voice takes on breathe easy and trust that the orb will protect and care for your voice vibrantly holding your voice instilling a sense of safety of expression this orb containing your truth and your message can exist safely outside of your body feel a sense of security course through you as your voice is held inside the orb continue to breathe as this orb dances over your throat on your next exhale the orb moves down the front side of your body past your heart,

Your abdomen,

Down your legs,

And stopping at the tips of your toes see the orb turn and curve over your toes as you inhale see this ball of light orbit up the backside of your body up the back of your legs,

Spine,

Neck,

Back of the head,

And meeting at the crown of the head continue this orbit with your breath on your next exhale the orb glows down the front side of your body down to your toes then inhale the orb curves over your toes and journeys up the backside of your body returning to the crown of the head take a few more revolutions with your own breath each exhale the orb moves down the front of your body each inhale the orb moves up the back of your body as you breathe see the orb expand larger and larger becoming even more colorful even more bold with your voice inside as you guide the orb across your body feel your entire body become protected by your voice strengthening your auric field emboldening you to live as you are in every way you show up in this world continue breathing seeing your ball of truth orbit around the vertical plane of your body each orbital revolution deepens your authentic expression as your voice spreads over you and into your body gently release the breath and come back to your natural easy rhythm of breath we'll now move through a series of opposing feelings and sensations as i call out each one try not to overthink it know that you're safe where you are and to allow yourself to experience it fully as it is start by feeling yourself become heavy and now feel yourself become light feel so light you become suspended in air now feel so heavy you become anchored and grounded within experience dullness now experience boldness now feel yourself become reserved holding back now allow yourself to be loud fully expressed immerse in the sensation of judgment now fully immerse in the sensation of complete authentic freedom in your mind's eye see how your voice has carried you to this exact moment replay the story of your voice and the ways you've communicated throughout life acknowledge and honor where your voice has taken you and tell it a heartfelt thank you now forgive your voice for any mistakes it has said if it needed to hold back to protect you if it kept silent because it was scared tell your voice i forgive you now feel the power of forgiveness awaken your true voice like a sparkling blue ocean wave swirling at your throat center each tidal swirl washes away any non-truths judgments negativities and fears releasing every limiting belief your soul is safe now your voice is safe to live in its bold truth and power as this light blue ocean wave continues to spin feel the energetic center of your voice your throat chakra heal itself from within restoring itself to its true nature as the pieces of your voice come together one by one and activate sink deeper into the feeling of owning your truth become comfortable in this space become comfortable in this space knowing it is here where you shine your inner light just as the sun beams onto the sea and the sea reflects back with striking glimmers you sparkle like the ocean no matter how it moves no matter what rocks you or blocks your sun you still always shine tell yourself three times my voice matters to the world I am safe to move into my power and shine my light ever so gently gather the breath back into the body without control or force just feel as if your breath is breathing you begin to make small movements with your fingers and toes as you come back into your body maybe rolling the neck out slightly side to side taking the smallest movements and eventually working your way up to larger movements maybe rolling out the wrists the ankles stretching the arms overhead taking a good morning stretch take your time as you eventually make your way up to a seat moving slowly as if you're moving through honey and gravity at the same time keep your eyes closed once you arrive at your seat placing maybe both hands on your heart just feeling connecting to the sensation of the heartbeat we'll close the practice with a deep breath in as a collective take a deep inhale in through the nose allowing it to fill up your chest your heart your belly and exhale all of that good intention out into the world moving forward with love kindness and truth
