He is qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through the Center for Mindfulness, part of the UMass Medical School's Division of Mindfulness. Meeting his teacher, Chloe Wing in 2006 was his entry to the work he is doing now with Balance Lab experimenting with ways to teach people to create and sustain space for their own experience using Mindfulness and the Alexander Technique.
