Hello,

Blissful being,

Barbara Badalade here with your Mindful Minute.

We've all had those moments when we simply can't find the right words.

The mind is racing,

The heart beats faster,

And silence just seems to stretch out in front like an abyss.

Instead of forcing or rushing,

Pause.

Give yourself this moment to breathe,

To return to calm,

And to create space for clarity.

So let's begin.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale,

Feeling your belly and chest gently rise.

And exhale fully,

Letting go of tension and scattered thoughts.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale completely.

With each breath,

Notice yourself becoming more present,

More grounded.

Now,

Imagine your thoughts as leaves floating down a gentle stream.

As each leaf drifts by,

Your mind grows clearer and the waters of your awareness become more still.

Allow the silence to feel safe,

Like a soft pause between heartbeats.

This space,

The quiet between moments,

Is where clarity lives.

There's no need to force or control.

Trust that when the time is right,

The words will rise naturally,

Like a bird taking flight.

Silently or out loud,

Repeat to yourself,

I trust the pause.

I trust my inner wisdom.

Feel in your heart and soul that part of you who knows and loves you no matter what.

Feel that you can channel the right words,

Or maybe being still and quiet is the right form of communication.

Repeat to yourself silently or out loud,

I trust myself.

I am being guided to say the right thing in the kindest way at the perfect time.

Repeat what resonates within you.

I trust the pause.

I trust my inner wisdom.

I trust myself.
