Thank you very much, that is very interesting information and I have actually tried it out. Even if you have been doing yoga for a long time and know a lot of techniques, it is good that you are paying attention to us again and maybe also to those who have never had anything to do with breathing and are paying attention. It was very interesting work from you and I am glad that I found you here.

This was cathartic. Thank you. I found the breathwork to be just the right amount. I was worried about open mouth breathing for an entire 44 minutes but that portion was not that long and very doable for me. The second portion of connecting with a loved one was quite relaxing. ☺️

Interesting. As an asthmatic elder, I was taught to breathe more slowly, so was not able to completely keep up, but I enjoyed your introduction, and was very pleased my condition was not one mentioned. It was good to hear I can go "gentle", also. Thank you!

Very deep. I bawled. It was cathartic. I will definitely do this again. I do have a question, I find the mouth breathing extremely uncomfortable, does it get easier with practice? I can only do it for bits of time

I know this is just my beginning. This practice is difficult for me. Mouth breathing is hard and dries me out and I realized I do hold my breath at the top and bottom quite a bit. My message is that I can do hard things and I should keep with it to get where I need to go.
