Beth Milner

Beth is a certified meditation teacher and member of the Meditation Association of Australia. She shares gentle mindfulness and self-compassion practices with a loving, modern, thought and emotion friendly flavour; supporting you in feeling more at home in yourself and in your life. Beth runs in-person and online programs through Geelong Meditation Centre and offers 1:1 coaching. She is mother of two young children, a lover of music, sunsets and good conversation.

I really like this and onother of your meditations - nicely done 🦋 I like using them at night but by way of feedback I’m not a fan of the bell at the end as once it sounds I’m not able to continue resting 🛏️
