Happy new now,
Welcome to today's practice.
Thank you so much for creating the space within your schedule to show up and be present so you may connect to your center and walk through your life in that grounded,
Connected way.
Turning away from your distractions as you close your eyes and move within,
Begin to take some slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Sighing and relaxing with each exhale.
Allowing all your to-dos to be so that you may be fully present with the magic of this moment,
With the power of your presence.
As you breathe,
Celebrate and give thanks for every single moment you have ever experienced throughout all of time.
Allowing yourself to connect to the beauty and magic of nature.
For all of life that is breathing in this moment with you.
Feeling the trillions of cells inside of your body working together for wholeness,
Give thanks for each of them for doing their part.
Understanding your energy and intentions to stay present and focused on your breathing.
Feeding your body,
Your cells,
Your mind and your consciousness new energy that takes you to a higher space of being.
Breathing in through the nose and exhaling a sigh.
Letting go.
Breathing in through the nose.
Unwinding any tension as you exhale through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose,
Fully and completely.
Giving thanks for this breath.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing any resistance you have inside your body.
Breathing in fully and completely,
Pulling all of life back into you.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Rooting yourself to the spot.
Breathing in,
Pulling all of your thoughts and all aspects of yourself back into you.
Breathing through your mouth,
Softening every muscle,
Relaxing.
Breathing in fully and powerfully into your body.
Exhale any built up tension or stress you've been holding onto.
Letting it go.
Breathing in all the way,
Feeding your cells new life.
And exhaling fully and completely,
Softening,
Relaxing.
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling the earth feeding you what you need right now.
Realigning and balancing your body.
Breathing through your mouth,
Softening and accepting this gift now.
Breathing in through your nose,
Smiling as you receive this breath.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Fully and completely,
Allowing yourself to relax.
Breathing in,
Receiving this prana,
This life force energy into your lungs,
Pausing at the top.
Slowly with control,
Exhaling.
If you need to breathe at your own pace,
Please do so.
Always listen to your body.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Feeling your body connected to the earth now.
Breathing out through your mouth,
Softening.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Feeling your body connecting to all of life,
Filling up and exhaling through your mouth all the way,
Emptying completely.
Breathing in,
Smiling as you recognize this connection that you have with life.
Exhaling through your nose,
Releasing any thoughts of separation.
Breathing in through your nose,
Honoring and recognizing how supported you are right now.
Exhaling and softening,
Releasing through your nose.
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling your body growing stronger.
Exhaling through your nose,
Releasing any energy inside that no longer serves.
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling life inhaling into your body.
Breathing through your mouth,
Softening,
Receiving.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Feeling your body fully connected,
Inwards and outwards.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Relaxing your muscles completely.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Being open and receptive to the gifts that life has for you now.
Giving thanks,
Exhaling through your nose,
Feeling everything unwind.
Breathing in through your nose,
Pulling the life force into your body consciously.
Breathing through your nose,
Dissolving fear or worry.
Breathing in powerfully through your nose,
Feeling your body absorb the energy.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing density or old energy.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Inhaling the light of this life force into you.
Cleansing and clearing,
Exhaling through your mouth.
Breathing in through your mouth,
Filling your cells with this light.
Breathing out through your nose,
Dissolving and grounding.
Breathing in through your nose,
Fully and completely,
Feeling how blessed you are in this exact moment.
Exhaling through your nose,
Releasing resistance or tension.
Breathing in through your nose,
Affirming how supported you are now.
Exhaling through your mouth,
Sigh of relief.
Touching the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth,
Breathing in through the nose,
Circulating the energy inwards and outwards,
Upwards and down.
Feeling yourself spiraling with each breath,
Becoming more rooted,
More centered,
More connected.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in,
Connected,
Alive,
Breathing out,
Dissolving limitations.
Breathing in,
Connected,
Supported.
Breathing out,
Releasing resistance.
Breathing in,
Accepting love.
Breathing out,
Dissolving fear.
Breathing in,
Celebrating life.
Breathing out,
Releasing worry.
Breathing in,
Feeling connected.
Breathing out,
Letting go,
Letting doubt.
Breathing in deeply and slowly,
Feeling the downward spiral of your spine as you begin to grow roots,
Connecting to the earth energy.
Feeling the magnetic pull round you downwards as the spiral begins to move down through your body,
Spiraling down into the earth.
Feel that corkscrewing energy moving down through your awareness as you continue to breathe,
Deep,
Deep down to the core of the earth.
As it arrives,
Feel yourself being pulled completely into your body,
Completely into this moment.
Allow yourself to grow receptive to the energy in everything by softening your stomach muscles.
As you soften your stomach muscles,
Feel yourself absorbing the energy around you,
No longer pushing it away.
Feel yourself as you soften those stomach muscles,
Beginning to absorb the energy and light that surrounds you.
Feeling the stomach soft,
Allow for the tension to dissolve from your body.
Allowing yourself now to be present with any messages you're coming through at this time,
Giving thanks for it all.
Breathing in fully,
Noticing how rooted to the spot you are.
As you exhale,
Feel that connection.
Breathing in,
Giving thanks for the ways in which you're allowing life to support you,
No longer pushing it away,
But allowing it in.
Giving thanks for each breath,
For each lesson that comes from being present,
From becoming the observer,
The participant in your experience.
Giving thanks for the earth,
For the plants,
For the animals,
For the insects,
For all of life that is working together for the wholeness of this planet,
Just as all cells within your body are working together for your wholeness.
Feel that connection to your role as one of the cells of planet earth.
Breathing in,
Feeling how every single act and action and thought and feeling of love or gratitude affects everything.
Give thanks for this practice that shows you how powerful you are now and in all moments.
As you breathe in,
Ask yourself,
How do you want to move through the rest of your day?
How can you connect even more deeply with nature and the energy in everything?
How can you feel even more blessed than you do now?
