Welcome to the Strawberry New Moon in Taurus Meditation.

I love setting some rituals in place around each new moon,

And I feel that this month,

That's especially important.

This Strawberry New Moon is all about self-acceptance and self-respect,

Accepting the changes in the world as they emerge in and out of our lives.

That being said,

This new moon especially carries an energy that yearns for our focus on less material and more substantial elements.

Letting go of our material wants in our intention setting will benefit us in so many ways.

So when you are setting your intentions,

I suggest honing in on that self-acceptance,

Self-respect,

And things with some real substance.

Given this is the Strawberry Moon,

I'm focusing on my gardening and my planting and planting those seeds.

So let's settle in,

Find that place where you'll be comfortable for the duration.

Find that nice straight spine and take a deep breath in and release,

Breathe in deeply and out fully.

Let's take one more deep breath in and let it all go.

Start to come back to that softer,

Gentler,

More natural breath,

Allowing that breath to just soothe the body,

Quiet the mind and the soul.

And as your body softens,

Start to find that place at your center.

Take this time to set your intentions around what you wish to release at this new moon and what you wish to receive,

Create,

And flourish with.

As you set these intentions,

Observe where you are with your self-acceptance and loving who you are.

Start to finish up your intention setting.

Let's take a deep breath in and come back to your center.

Release and imagine releasing that which you've chosen to let go of on the exhalation.

Breathe in once more and let it all go on the exhale.

Feel the space in your heart as you let go of all that is no longer serving you.

Come back to that center once more.

Bring your attention to those intentions you invited into your life right now.

Breathe in deeply as though you are breathing them into reality.

As you exhale,

You are building more power to invite in all on the next inhalation.

Continue to breathe those intentions into sight,

Into vision,

Into the present.

See its actualization in your mind.

Feel it coming all into fruition.

Let its reality flow through your imagination and feel that self-love immersed in it all.

It's time to come back now to your physical space.

Let's take a deep breath in and release.

Bring some light movement into the body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Maybe sway a little and come back when you're ready.
