Witness a beautiful waterfall of light from above you,
Pouring down on top of your energy field and body,
Clearing and washing away any heaviness or negativity that you're holding right now.

Letting this waterfall of light now fill your body,
Beginning at your feet,
Moving all the way up to the top of your head,
Filling you with this loving light.
And once it reaches the top of your head,
Overflowing into your aura,
Your energy body,
Until there is light all around you.
