So just find yourself in a comfortable position.

You could be seated or lying down.

And once you feel really comfortable,

Just take some smooth,

Easy breaths all the way down to your belly.

When you feel ready,

Bring your attention to your feet.

Feel what your feet are touching.

And let your feet be heavy,

Warm,

And at ease.

And then just enjoy any tingling,

Any warmth that you can feel through your feet.

And then bring your attention to your legs.

Feel what your legs are touching.

And let your legs be heavy,

Warm,

And at ease.

Your legs heavy,

Warm,

And then just enjoy any tingling,

Floating,

Warm sensations throughout your legs.

And then bring your attention to your hands.

And let your hands be heavy,

Warm,

And at ease.

Your hands heavy,

And then feel and enjoy any warmth,

Any tingling,

Any floating sensation throughout your hands.

And then feel your arms,

And let your arms be heavy,

Warm,

And then bring your attention up to your forehead.

Let your forehead be smooth and cool.

Bring your attention down to your feet,

And enjoy any warmth,

Any heaviness through your hands.

Feel your arms and any warmth,

Tingling,

Or heaviness you can feel through your arms.

And then as you're ready,

Begin to deepen your inhale breath.

Let your eyes open.
