Cheri is a Registered 300 Hour Yoga Teacher living her best life in the Pacific Northwest. She teaches Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Meditation. Cheri enjoys working with students of all ages and all body types. She believes in facilitating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for the transformation of the body and heart through the practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
