She was inspired by past reiki teachers, peers, yoga instructors, and friends to begin creating meditations. After using Insight Timer personally for many years, she wanted to delve deeper into the creation process, and thus these meditations were born. She focuses on gentle healing, self-love, self-trust, and homeostasis within the nervous system.
