Everything we feel, all emotions, all thoughts, all energy is temporary. In the midst of strong emotions we can forget that it will pass, it will shift, it will change. This practice will support you transforming your emotions into how you want to feel. In the background you will hear the Fire Element Koshi chime to promote the transformation of energy.

Arrive as you are in this moment Accepting all of the feelings that you feel Accepting all of the energy that is around you Sitting or lying in a very supported and comfortable position It's okay to feel restless or you're needing to twitch or adjust Allow all of those sensations to be present,

They are all valid They are coming up for a reason Begin by acknowledging the feelings that you're having and the emotions that are flowing through you We're going to use the breath to transform the energy The emotions,

The feelings that you are experiencing in this moment Knowing that all energy and feelings and sensations are temporary Let's transform them and support this shift for you now Bring your awareness to your breath However you need to breathe in this moment Whether it's a noisy breath or a silent breath Whether it's long or short or deep or shallow Just breathe Witness the breath As if you're sitting back and observing the breath as it comes in through your nose Down into the lungs and then travelling back out again and out through the nose Watch the breath as it comes in and watch the breath as it goes back out Be the witness to your breath Now allowing yourself to be the witness to the emotions that you're feeling in this moment Witness all the feelings you're having right now Accepting them all exactly as they are Asking yourself in this moment,

Are you willing to support the change and transition and the release of these energies and feelings?

Would you benefit from shifting this energy?

Take a deep,

Deep inhalation as deep as you can go in and hold the breath And as you exhale,

Breathing out any energy or emotions that you wish to release Then pause and the pause is where the transformation happens As if you're travelling through a portal that's shifting the energy And as you inhale now,

You're breathing in the energy and the emotions and the feelings that you want to invite in Then take a pause Again as you exhale,

Breathing out any energy,

Feelings or sensations that you want to release now At the end of the exhale,

Pause This is the doorway,

The portal of shifting this energy And then you inhale,

Breathing in the energy that you wish to feel and receive And pause again Exhaling anything out,

Sigh it out,

Moan it out,

Breathe it out,

Let it go Hold the breath as a portal of transformation,

Feel that shift happening And then inhale the energy you want to feel,

The emotions you want to feel and experience in this moment And hold the breath,

One more time,

Big exhale to release out the feelings Feel them gone,

Freeing from your body Hold the breath to create this portal and shift and change and transition Feel it changing,

Feel it releasing And inhale all of the energy that you wish to receive in this moment And then allow the breath to flow in and out Coming back to this portal of shifting and transforming your energy throughout your day or evening whenever you need to Now you have a deeper understanding of what you're wanting to release and what you're inviting in Visualise now in front of you a curtain of starlight This beautiful light radiating in front of you and you're yet to know what's behind the curtain You are stood in front of this star-like curtain And in a moment you will pass through this curtain of starlight And physically and energetically and emotionally and spiritually you will leave behind any remnants of the energy that you're releasing And when you do in a moment pass through this curtain you will step through and feel in every cell of your body the energy that you're inviting in Not yet,

In a moment Feel yourself physically or imagine your shoulders rolling back,

You're preparing to change and step through You're acknowledging now what you're leaving behind Any stress,

Any upset,

Any anger,

Any fear,

Any doubt You're leaving it all behind And when you're ready step through this curtain of starlight The light radiating down through you and all over you This beaming ray of positivity And you step through the other side into the sensations that you are inviting in now And take these moments to bathe,

To absorb,

To feel,

To smile,

To laugh,

To move To be in this positive beam and space of energy How does it feel?

Does it sound?

Does it taste?

Does it smell?

Be in all of the sensations of this transformed energy You may even feel like you need to get up You might feel like you need to shake or to dance or to swirl or to spin Or simply to be still and absorb it in You are a beautiful,

Magnificent,

Radiant soul Feel immense gratitude that you have taken this moment,

This pocket of time To shift,

To release,

To transform,

To come home Place your hand on your heart Give yourself love and thanks and gratitude What an incredible transformation Namaste
