**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, and just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

Where there is the ego,

Goodness is not.

The mind might be controlling itself to be kind,

To conform to the etiquette.

But it is phony because the mind is controlling.

The mind doesn't know what is good.

If the mind knows what is good,

The mind has no control at all.

Such a mind is good in nature.

A mind that is good in nature has no issues at all.

So to really look at yourself,

What you are,

Actually,

Can you stop being personal totally?

Being personal means being isolated.

Such a mind is not seeing the person in entirety.

Trapped in its own illusions and images thoughts,

The mind is aggressive,

Is violent,

Because the mind is imposing its own preferences,

Which are all thoughts,

Images,

Onto others.

That very imposition is violence,

Aggression.

The mind thinks it is treating its own friend well,

But actually,

In actuality,

There is only violence.

Such a state of being personal is danger.

This danger can easily trigger the mind to be self-protective.

That's why in such a personal state,

There is only oscillation.

And what is called friend or any relationship is verbal,

Superficial,

Therefore vulnerable.

Because the mind which is personal is violent.

In violence,

Everything is vulnerable.

And these verbal things,

Which is called relationship or whatever,

Is an illusion.

It is merely based on the abstraction of a personal mind.

But in actuality,

Nothing really exists.

So can one see the danger of being personal in all kinds of forms?

To observe oneself objectively means that one stops being personal,

So the mind can see things as they are,

Without being distorted by its own preference,

Its own judgment,

Its own condemnation,

Hatred.

So the mind sees things as they are,

Without any filters.

And this requires tremendous energy to give full attention to the issues,

To the reactions,

To what you see and what you do at each moment.
