This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation. **Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listening attentively and with humility.

Can we live a life with order?

Not the order imposed by law,

But the inner order from the heart.

To come upon this order,

The order of the mind,

The order of life,

The most secret things ever in life is to meditate,

Is to inquire into the self by penetrating this thick wall created by the self.

To really see what is this order,

You can't imagine what is order,

Because that imagination is still your thoughts.

Thoughts are not actualities.

To come upon what is order,

The inner order,

One has to see the disorder in oneself clearly,

Thoroughly.

That very seeing the disorder thoroughly bring about the understanding of order.

The very negation of the disorder is order.

We can't approach the order directly,

Because any endeavor in doing so is the thought process,

Only creating a new layer of self-deception.

We can only approach it from the opposite,

The disorder,

And seeing the disorder and negated the mind touches upon what is order,

The truth of living.

So we can say meditation is an art of negation.

Negation doesn't mean brutally cut off,

But means deeply unstint.

That very deep understanding is negation.

It's not you negate,

I negate,

But when the mind sees what is disorder,

The mind negates that disorder.
