Are you an Empath? As we are evolving more and more empaths are coming in and through meditation becoming much more sensitive to energy. Empaths are highly sensitive people, often referred to as HSP, but the HSP label is not entirely correct. Hsps are sensitive to light, sound, experiences, and emotions, while Empaths will embody the emotions, experiences, and relational energy of others. Spiritually evolved empaths can also be more receptive to Planetary and Astrological energy This means that Empaths not only feel what you are feeling but often know how you can untangle your mess and improve your life. Do you love to take long walks alone? Do you have a hard time saying no and setting boundaries? Do you get called anti-social? Do you leave a party early? You might also love to write, paint, sculpt, or dance. Do you just know certain things about people? Do you have very good intuition? Do people call you for help, dump on you, and then they feel better, but you don’t? Do you hate going to big concerts? Are you shy? We will be going over some very important tools for you in this course. Empaths can be very big-hearted sponges. They have to adopt practices, habits, and rituals that help them clear the emotional debris they often collect through everyday experiences. Because Empaths tend to live with one foot in other realms, they sometimes find it difficult to live in the real world. To be grounded and happy, Empaths often need: • Time to consider, embrace and integrate personal and work relationships • Meditation and prayer • Leisure activities that don’t involve crowds of July • Empaths need space and alone time. • Empaths also need to regularly express their emotions, which are most often, sadness. If you’re an Empath, you might be shy, spiritually inclined, a lover of solitude, and clairvoyant. You might also love to write, paint, sculpt, or dance more than most artists. Meet your Teacher

Rev. Dr. Cindy Paulos is an author/poet, lyricist, composer producer, artist, and longtime Radio Announcer on multiple stations for KAOI RADIO in Maui, Hawaii, and KUOS in Sedona which she co-founded. She has been meditating every day of her life since the age of 13. She was awarded UNESCO Center for Peace announces 2020 Cross-Cultural & Peace Crafter Award Laureates. She also received the 2021 Gandhi Peace Award. Rev. Cindy has 13 albums that she produced and recorded and has authored 8 books and is working on a new book on Empaths.

Lesson 1

Learn How to Protect Your Self and Your Energy Field

As an empath, you need to learn how to protect yourself from negative energy. When you are around people who are very negative, or if you're watching a movie or a TV, that's negative you might be taking on that energy and not even be aware of it. Being an empath means you're a very sensitive person who is very open to receiving, but you have to learn how to put protective energy around yourself, and you also have to learn how to release any negative energy you get. We will learn how to clear our energy field, how to build an armour of light around yourself, say a valuable prayer of protection and how to reinforce positive and clear negative energy at night.

Lesson 2

Are You An Empath?

Many people are becoming more sensitive to energy as they evolve and meditate. As we become more aware, and self-actualized through meditation, we become more sensitive and grow, and our energy field also grows. I am seeing many more people who are empaths these days. Do people tell you that you are too Sensitive? Do you love to take walks alone? Do you feel like you need to set more boundaries? Do you get called antisocial? I'll go over these points and more.

Lesson 3

Meditation

Meditation is one the most important things that you can do each day. Even if you just spend five or ten minutes in the morning, it can be the most important time of your day. It connects you with your inner self and God Meditation is one of the MOST valuable tools to use if you are an Empath. There are many forms of meditation. Guided meditations have become popular because they give us a way to let go and just listen to directions spoken. Meditation does not require that you just use one way of meditating. There are hundreds of guided meditations being used by people all around the world at any given time. What is important is that you feel comfortable and committed to meditation on a daily or at least.

Affirmations

I have found the gift and power of an affirmation can set the tone that can change the whole energy field of your life. Affirmations help you set your intentions for the day. Affirmations create a powerful mindset and can carry a tone that resonates in you to create more confidence. I will go over why affirmations work and how to create them.

Lesson 5

The Gifts of Journaling

I have used writing down what I've gotten from meditation every day of my life since I've been 13. It works for me on many levels. It's a way to connect what you receive from meditation. When you meditate, you can connect with your higher self and then get impressions of what's really going on. Writing in a Journal helps you understand yourself and your feelings. Empaths can use this as a very valuable tool. I feel it's really important to tune in and focus on your own highest self to get clear.

Lesson 6

Using the Objective Observer

I believe from the point of the objective observer we might see with more compassion and understanding some of what the other person has gone through. if we use the Objective Observer.If we can observe ourselves and others from a higher state of mind, we have a great tool for finding greater peace. and compassion. We will learn to go to that place within and see things from a higher perspective. You can use the objective observer for yourself and others you have a difficult time with. When they talk, you can go to the space of an observer and learn to not overreact.

Lesson 7

Setting Boundaries

Setting boundaries takes a lot of practice. It takes confidence and learning communication skills. It may take actual planning on how you are going to express it, some cases may mean you have to write down notes and actually make a list of what you wish to express. Setting boundaries for an empath takes courage and skill, but once you learn those skills you will be in a much better place.

Lesson 8

Dealing With Feelings

Empaths experience more feelings more than most people. They are often told you are too sensitive. It is easy to get your feeling hurt if you are an empath. If you can go inside, and if you can go to that point within, where you can get beyond just the emotions. You can see beyond the suffering and pain into a higher level where we realize the soul is here to learn and that you can gain great insight and learn how to deal with feelings.

Don't Worry

Empaths can be very sensitive to more things than most people are. They can often worry more than others. Instead of worrying about the future of your situation, if you can live in the present moment and train yourself to go back to right here and now you can remove that state of worrying. Right here and now, you can find realize that can make a difference in your state of mind.
 I give you very clear tools to help you to stop worrying.

Lesson 11

Breathwork

Breath is such an important aspect of all forms of meditation. A Zen teacher of mine always says, “Breath Sweeps the Mind.” We know when we go into meditation, we're always starting with our breath. For empaths, it helps to clear out any negative energy. It is such a wonderful key because as we follow our breath, we're giving our minds something to focus on. Breath works.

Lesson 12

Forgiveness

One of the most useful tools for an Empath is the power of learning how to forgive. I think that if we all could find it in our hearts to forgive each other, we would find such great peace. Mother Teresa said, “Whatever our religion, we know that if we want to love, we must learn to forgive before anything else.” This is such an important thing to remember.
 To find peace. I think it’s also important that we do this before we face our death. It’s so important to be free of any guilt or pain or suffering you find lingering hidden within. Forgiveness will set you free.

Compassion

Compassion is such an important element. Without compassion, we will find a huge part of ourselves missing. Empaths by their nature are naturally empathic and compassionate. t takes a lot of compassion to survive on this planet with so many people, so much suffering, and so many inequities. I go over how using compassion helps you.

Lesson 14

Love

Love encompasses all the other elements of tools to help you as an empath. I’m talking about unconditional love. When you think about the differences that exist in the world, you think about the fact that we need love to exist. If you truly can understand what’s going on within you, within the world, within the forces of the world, you will see the greatest force is the force for good and the force of love.

Something about this course had me CRAVING it when I woke. I felt a real sense of value as a ‘sensitive’ person which gave me power to embody some of the qualities that come with that. I don’t have my head in the clouds, LOVE is always the answer. I’m five years into recovery and alcohol abuse. Learning to forgive myself and explore life in an ufiltered way has and is a journey. I found this to be so confirming on a soul level. Makes me want to be friends with the Reverend 🫶

It’s so hard to be empathetic! I always try to understand what it is I’m feeling. I had a very traumatic childhood and I still have a hard time understanding how I can trust after forgiveness. It seems dangerous, but if I use the tools this class taught me, maybe I can.
