Mary Mangos is a former registered psychologist, meditation teacher, author, and artist who is passionate about supporting people to nurture well-being, joy, and resilience in daily life. Due to living with long Covid, Mary no longer practises as a psychologist, but she continues to focus on enhancing her own quality of life and sharing practices that promote calm, healing, and positivity. Drawing on her background in psychology, mindfulness, and positive psychology, Mary’s meditations invite us to pause, breathe, and create small moments of happiness and peace. Her expressive, abstract art has also become a vital part of how she deepens these practices, using creativity as a way to connect with the healing power of the present moment. Mary’s work inspires gentle, practical ways to manage stress, build emotional strength, and cultivate inner calm, even during times of challenge and change.
