Thank you so much for joining me this morning.

Let's settle into a comfortable seated position.

Just give yourself a little bit of praise before we do anything that you're actually here.

You made the effort to take some time for yourself and that is a gift in itself,

Right?

Just have the recognition that you're giving yourself a little bit of self-love,

Self-care this morning.

If you haven't done so already,

Close down your eyes and settle into your body.

Slow down your breathing.

Start to feel your breath coming into your nose.

Pay attention to the sensations that your breath is causing on the inhale and the exhale.

Taking those long,

Slow,

Deep breaths,

Starting to create a sense of peace inside of your body.

Slowing everything down.

Let's do a few breaths together,

Just with a count.

Breathe in to four and breathe out for seven with me.

So breathe in,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

See if you can keep your breath with a similar pace,

If that feels nice for you.

Check in with specific parts of your body that hold tension,

So just check your shoulders are relaxed.

Check that your jaw is soft and relaxed.

See if you can soften your eyebrows and the space around your eyes.

Focus on your abdomen for a few breaths and just soften the muscles in your tummy.

See if you can make your tummy soft.

Use your breath.

Choose your specific special place that you go to in your mind when you go to somewhere in nature.

Choose your special place,

Whether it's sat by a waterfall,

The beach,

The forest,

The sky,

The grass.

Where would you like to be?

Start to let your mind play so that you can take yourself there in your mind.

Imagine that you're sat in your own little space,

Your crisscross applesauce meditation position on the ground or in the clouds,

Wherever you want to go.

But just take yourself there in the mind.

Feel the atmosphere around you.

Feel the air on your skin,

On your hands.

Connect with your breath.

See if you can feel it too,

The feeling of your sit bones on the earth.

Specifically pay attention to your hands.

Make sure that your hands are open,

Either resting on your lap or open to receive on your knees,

Palms facing up.

Sat here,

Let's just go through some thoughts.

Thoughts of gratitude,

Good fortune,

Abundance,

Health,

Happiness.

Let's lay this out for a second with your hands open,

Knowing that you're ready to receive in the come hither motion.

Your hands can do that.

Come here,

Come here.

Yes,

I'd like you just come here.

So if you have anything I mention resonates with you and you'd like that in your reality,

Make sure that you do your come here with your hands.

Calling it in or bringing it in.

Welcome my friend.

See if you can get that kind of energy,

That kind of vibe in your body.

Make sure that you have an internal smile and you're in a place of gratitude.

All is well in the world right now in this moment.

You are good right now in this moment.

You're breathing in,

You're breathing out.

Hopefully you have a roof over your head.

You're good.

So if we can stay in this present moment and create that warm,

Soft smile inside of your body or on your face,

That's a perfect frequency for what we need.

You're sat on the edge of the world and the world is your oyster.

Anything is possible.

The frequency of your breath is that you create in your body or constantly singing out to the universe to bring things to you.

Smiles,

Tears.

Your frequency is constantly singing a song that the universe listens to.

Just as it's listening right now.

Paying attention to your thoughts and your feelings.

So let's start to let the universe know exactly what it is that we would like.

Take a nice soft,

Deep breath.

Breathe out.

Settle in to your special place in nature.

Relax.

Smile.

Everything out there in the world is there for me to experience.

Let go of everything.

Let go of everything in this vast universe is there for me to take,

To receive,

To gift back,

To hold on to,

To let go of.

Everything in this reality is for my greater good.

It is good.

I'm calling in all that I need.

Let's do the come hither.

I'm calling in all that I need.

I'm calling in enough abundance so that I'm comfortable and safe and happy.

I'm calling that in.

I'm calling to you abundance.

You're welcome to come.

My heart and my hands are open.

I'm calling in all that love that's out there that's mine.

I'm calling in my ability to feel,

Appreciate,

And see,

Loving all things so that I can receive the love that's mine.

I'm calling in.

Come on in,

Love.

It's time and you're so welcome.

Come on in.

I'm calling in any sorrow or sadness that I need to experience that will grace my body and allow me to pause and feel.

Allow me to learn and release.

I'm calling you in,

Sweet sorrow,

Old friend of mine.

Come on in.

You're welcome to.

I'm calling in all of the vitality and health that my body can experience in this lifetime.

That sweet,

Sweet energy that makes me feel good.

I'm calling you in,

Sweet vibrations.

Come on in.

I'm calling in an environment for my body so that it stays healthy,

Alkaline,

Neutral.

Come on in.

You're welcome.

I'm calling in all of those wonderful friends that I have out there,

Good people in my life.

Come on in.

You're welcome.

Come on in.

I'm calling in all of the love that I need to experience.

Come on in,

My wonderful,

Sweet friend,

Peace.

I'm calling her into my being from the top of my head to the tips of my toes.

Come on in,

You beautiful,

Soft,

Gentle friend.

Come take resonance in.

Come on in.

I'm calling you in.

I'm calling my inner space.

You're welcome to camp out there whenever we desire.

Come on in all that is good for me.

I welcome good company,

Good food,

Good laughs,

Good strong belly laughs.

I welcome in moments of complete stillness and silence so that I can feel the life running through my body.

So I can feel being held by something greater than myself.

Come on in silence.

Come on in stillness.

You're so welcome.

Check in once again with your body and your sit bones.

Make sure that you're very comfy,

Almost cozy in your place of nature.

Don't forget to bring them in,

Call them in with your hands.

Come on in all of the wonderful experiences that are lined up for me in the future.

I'm ready for them.

Bring them on.

Bring them to me.

I'm open and ready to receive.

Gratitude.

Sweet,

Palpable,

Beautiful gratitude.

You're such a good reminder of all that is great.

Come on in gratitude.

You're welcome to camp out there whenever we desire.

Come on in.

You're welcome to take up residence.

Free board for as long as you'd like to stay.

Come on in.

And if there's anything I haven't mentioned that you'd like to call in,

Let's take a moment to just call in all that you wish for.

Bring your hands together in the prayer mudra as if you're closing the doors on your space and everything is within.

Everything is always within.

But just to signify that you're closing the space and you have all that you've asked for.

All of it close by.

If you can bring your prayer hands up to the center of your forehead and just bow your head slightly in gratitude for the universe and this whole process of life.

And let's close with a namaste.

Namaste.

You can open your eyes and come back into your lovely life.

Feeling full of all that you desire.
