Eat like you love yourself is not a weight loss or weight gain meditation. It is a meditation to help you to remember who you are and what you feed your body counts. If you desire to feel good and be happy, create a life that helps you to achieve that as much as possible. Eating foods that make you happy is a wonderful way to do just that. Listen in the morning to start your day on a positive note!

Good morning,

My name is Corrie and I am going to help you today to stay on the right track and take care of your body.

Sit down and get comfortable for me.

Straighten your spine.

Relax your shoulders.

Straighten your jaw.

Don't change your breath in any way but start to pay attention to your breathing.

Just breathe in your normal natural breath.

Paying attention to the sensations as you breathe in and breathe out.

And then slow your breath down for me as much as you can to a pace that's still comfortable for you.

But the aim is to take longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

For the next few minutes I'd like you to focus purely on your breathing.

In this pace and this rhythm as I talk to you,

I'd like you to think about your body as you sit there.

Your body in general.

Your vessel.

Not getting too scientific about anything here but just going from logic.

Everything that you choose to eat feeds your body.

Your cells.

Your skin.

Muscles.

Organs.

Your tissues.

Every single aspect of your physical body grows from what you eat.

Is nourished by what you eat.

So when we say you are what you eat,

It is a literal truth.

Thinking about that and the choices of how you're going to feed your body today.

What you would like your temple to be fueled by.

Your cells and your bones and your muscles.

What source of energy would you like to give them?

Your health and vitality.

Your energy.

The vibrance of your body.

The way that you look and feel.

It all comes from your choices of what you eat.

Think about everything that grows in the earth.

All the vibrant colors of fruits and vegetables.

Think about the energy source of all natural products that come from the earth rather than come out of a box.

The sunlight,

The oxygen,

The energy,

The light source that goes into natural healthy whole foods that you're fueling your body with.

Versus something that has a lot of chemicals,

Toxins,

Harmful substances that could hurt your body versus treasure your body.

This lifetime you have this one body that does everything for you and constantly tries to keep you alive.

How about you give thanks and treat your body in a way today that is the best for your highest good.

To make you feel healthy and happy and whole.

Today you're going to make good choices and treat your body like you love it and you treasure it and you're grateful for everything that it does for you.

Pull all of your focus back onto your breath.

Feel as you take the breath into your body.

Feel everything as you breathe out and let go.

Return to your physical self right now in this moment.

Your beautiful perfect body.

Have a wonderful day.

Namaste my friend.
