Our minds can be likened to a garden. And just like a gardener gets to choose which seeds to plant in their garden to allow for that garden to unfold into a beautiful, harmonious, abundant expression of beauty, harmony, serenity, and so forth, so do we get to choose which seeds we want to plant in the garden of our minds. And as we always reap what we sow, whatever seeds we plant or weeds we allow to grow, we get to experience it all.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom,

This wonderful path where we get to set ourselves free to be in ever-expanding love and joy and peace and harmony,

Where we get to set ourselves free to forever allow for greater and grander expressions of who and what we are,

To soar,

To move ourselves into ever-higher vibrations and expanded levels of consciousness.

This wonderful path where we get to set ourselves free from the lower vibrations of fear and worry and doubt and lack,

Scarcity,

Separation,

A sense of not being enough,

And all of these.

Today's topic is catering to the allowing forever greater and grander expressions of who and what we are to emerge,

As the topic is,

It's quite long,

But it is what are we allowing to grow in the soil of our consciousness?

What are we allowing to grow in the soil of our consciousness?

And one way to look at our consciousness is that it is a beautiful garden,

Our consciousness is a garden,

And in a garden,

And you may have garden,

In our gardens,

Not all of us,

But some of us,

Are very keen on having beautiful gardens,

Harmonious gardens,

Gardens that are in order,

Gardens that give rise to a sense of peace and harmony.

But for that to happen,

We need to tend to our gardens.

If we leave the gardens to themselves,

Nature is going to do what nature is going to do,

Which is that all kinds of things are going to begin to grow in our gardens,

And by the human aesthetic eye,

A garden tended to itself,

Left to itself,

Might not be that harmonious.

So as we're tending to our gardens,

We perhaps are mowing the lawn,

We perhaps are weeding,

We perhaps are planting seeds,

Tending to the fruit trees,

The hedges,

Scraping the gravel,

Or whatever the case may be,

We're tending to it in a very conscious and oftentimes methodical way.

And we might want to,

We are all invited to,

To tend to our consciousness,

To the soil of our consciousness in the very same way,

To,

In a very conscious way,

Plant only that which we wish to experience in our consciousness,

In our lives.

If we in our physical gardens do not want to experience tulips,

We would not plant tulips.

If we wanted to experience an abundance of roses,

We would plant an abundance of roses,

We would tend to these rose bushes,

Giving them the best possibilities to thrive,

Right?

What are we planting in our consciousness,

In the soil of our consciousness,

In the gardens of our consciousness?

What are we planting?

Are we planting the seeds of that which we wish to experience?

Are we uprooting and weeding out the thought forms that are not in alignment what we wish to experience,

The fears,

The worries,

The doubts?

Or are we just allowing them to be there?

Are we tending to the gardens of our consciousness in a way that serves us?

Are we leaving the mind to tend for itself?

And the mind does whatever the mind does.

The mind entertains thousands and thousands of thoughts every single day.

Many of them are repetitive,

Meaning that they are the same thoughts today as they were yesterday,

As they were the day before,

As they will be tomorrow.

Because the mind is habitual,

It's habitual.

So what habitual thought forms are we just allowing to flow through our consciousness,

Flow through our awareness,

That are not in alignment with the good that we desire?

Be it peace,

Be it harmony,

Be it love,

Be it joy,

Be it abundance,

Be it whatever,

Be it health.

So we're wise to be very conscious of what we are planting and what we are allowing to grow in the garden of our consciousness,

And continuously ask ourselves,

This thought form or this habit,

Is this in alignment with who I wish to be?

Is this in alignment with how I wish to show up in life?

Is this in alignment with what I wish to experience in life or what I wish for my life to be about?

Or are they not?

And if they are not,

Then we're wise to become aware of them,

Embrace and allow them,

Not necessarily uproot them as we perhaps would when we're weeding in our gardens,

But to turn our attention away from them,

To consciously,

To exercise that attention muscle,

That presence muscle,

The gift of independent thinking,

Allowing us to think of whatever we wish to think about independently of any condition and circumstance,

Regardless of any condition and circumstance.

So that we,

Little by little by little,

Begin to arrange the gardens of our consciousness so that they are a beautiful reflection of what we wish to experience.

Now as it is with consciousness,

As consciousness always precedes form,

We are actually mapping out,

We're actually building the image that will later on be reflected in our lives,

In the physical dimension.

But we're still wise to be very vigilant,

To be very conscious,

To be very aware.

This thought form,

This thought that I just became aware of,

This judgment,

This opinion,

Is this in alignment with what I wish to experience?

Absolutely,

It is in alignment with the egoic structures that seem to gain from putting others down,

From having judgments,

Making myself right and them wrong,

To sort of add a sense of value to myself,

A sense of worth.

But does it serve the peace?

Does it serve the joy?

Does it serve love?

Does it serve abundance?

Is this in alignment with what I wish to experience?

Yes,

Absolutely.

If we become aware of having a judgment and we wish to experience drama,

Then absolutely this judgment is in alignment with that drama.

So we get to plant more judgments and opinions in our minds if drama is what we wish to experience.

But if peace and harmony and joy are what we wish to experience,

Then we need to plant other seeds,

Compassion,

Kindness,

Forgiveness,

The ability to embrace and allow,

The ability to witness and observe,

The habit of perhaps moving into meditation or prayer on a regular basis,

Because the garden of consciousness,

Just like a physical garden left to itself,

It will begin to produce all manners of weeds,

Influenced by the world,

Influenced by our past stories,

By the subconscious beliefs that we hold.

So what are we allowing to grow in the garden of our consciousness?

It's a very,

Very,

Very,

Very potent question.

And the invitation for us is to really stop on a regular basis,

Like every single day,

Once every single day,

To give ourselves that breathing space,

A space where the only thing that we're doing in this space,

We're not picking up the phone to log on to social media,

We're not listening to that beautiful podcast,

Even if it is the Path to Freedom with Daniel Rockeo.

We're not watching our favorite Netflix movies,

But a breathing space is a space where we get to just be,

Where we get to witness and observe what is happening within us,

And sometimes even around us.

Breathing and observing,

Beyond labeling,

Beyond calling anything names,

Just looking,

Becoming aware.

So we're invited to give ourselves that space on a regular basis,

Every single day,

And simply listen,

Listen to our minds.

What is the content that is flowing through our minds?

What is the content that is flowing through our consciousness?

And does it serve us?

These thought forms,

Opinions,

Judgments,

Point of views,

Perceptions,

Beliefs,

Stories,

Thoughts as to what should and should not be,

Are they serving us?

Are they in alignment with what we wish to experience?

Is this what we wish to experience in the gardens of our consciousness,

In our lives?

And if not,

We're wise to turn our attention away from that and begin to cultivate,

Begin to plant what we wish to experience.

Because in any given moment,

We all have the ability to think about whatever we want to think about.

If I asked you to think of a snow cone,

Or an ice cream,

Or a snowman,

Or a moose,

Or a blue car,

Or whatever,

You do have that ability.

We all have that ability in every single moment.

Many of us are not consciously using this ability,

And so we're letting our minds roam free,

Going wherever the mind goes,

Which oftentimes is to the common lowest denominator,

The fears,

The worries,

The doubts,

The judgments,

And opinions,

And all of these.

But to stop,

To witness,

To observe,

And ask ourselves,

This that I'm becoming aware of in my mind,

Is this in alignment with what I wish to experience?

And if not,

We get to plant new seeds that are in alignment.

So this is the invitation for us today,

And these are the questions,

Obviously,

For us today.

The invitation is for us to become aware on a regular basis,

To give ourselves a breathing space,

A regular breathing space,

Space of witnessing and observing,

And asking the question,

What I'm becoming aware of,

Is this serving me?

Is this in alignment with what I wish to experience in my life?

And if not,

Obviously,

Then turn our attention toward what is in alignment with what we wish to experience.

Thank you so,

So much for tuning in,

For participating.

Until we meet again,

I bless,

Bless,

Bless your day,

And I bless,

Bless,

Bless your way,

Knowing that all is well,

That something wonderful is happening,

That everything is working for your highest good,

For our highest good.

With much love,

Many blessings,

Namaste.
