Growing up in a yoga and eastern studies center, Daya has a background in different styles of yoga, meditation, and spiritual practices. She likes saying yoga philosophy is part of her, which is reflected in her work, always aiming to bring it to her teaching, with a mindful, creative and nurturing approach. Her intention is to hold space for people to learn more about themselves through these practices. So far, Daya has lived in Ireland, Australia, Portugal, and Brazil.
