And breathing in again,

The air,

An example of formless,

Entering our bodies,

Our nose,

And then lungs,

And then to our blood.

Fully merging with our being.

The air represents one of the natural elements that reminds us that we are not separate.

Every breath,

Absolute compatibility,

Absolute sharing,

No holding back.

Giving everything,

Merging with you,

Supportive of you,

And having a moment of gratitude for that air.

And even as we are grateful for this perceived formlessness that is separate coming into our lungs,

Reminding us to be present,

It isn't separate from us.

Even in the physical body,

We are made aware that air merges into our being,

Into our bloodstream,

Into our energy.

We are grateful to that which we have almost no control over,

And is at the same time not separate from who we are.

And this is nature,

Something we do not have full control over,

And is not separate from who we are.

To lean into the steps we take on our walk,

And if we cannot walk,

Then to the visuals in front of us,

That as we move about the face of this planet,

We are absolutely connected.

The rhythm of the earth is the rhythm of our own heartbeat,

Merged and playing within each other,

That we are as welcome here as any bird,

Any tree,

Any flower.

Your existence and your appropriateness to exist as who you are is not challenged or questioned by nature.

She immediately embraces your footfalls and whispers to your feet,

Welcome.

Nature is you embracing you.

Because you belong,

And there is no suffering.

And as you are embraced,

The remembrance of embracing back,

Of seeing yourself in the other,

We remind our minds of this truth,

That we exist in this truth.

For as far back as can be remembered,

We go to that edge,

And then we leap into stillness,

And space,

And the realm of silence,

In which all that is formless,

All that is present consciousness exists together,

Exists together,

Fully merged,

Fully aware.

And from this place that worlds are created,

Consciousness also forms you,

And you as a piece of that consciousness enters into the body and recognizes that the body was never separate,

That it's just a matter of focus,

That you're entering into that which you are.

And every thought,

And every feeling,

And every sensation is a reminder of choice and consciousness.

And when your hand runs itself through blades of grass,

Or feels the ground under its fingertips,

Or plays with a willow like you're playing with its hair,

That the presence that you're feeling is self-recognition.

Whatever you're touching is touching you.

Whatever you're feeling is feeling and sensing you.

And so there is no separation,

Because there's only self-recognition.

And even as we feel that state of awareness and presence,

We will also have the pleasure to return to awareness of form,

Where we can enjoy holding one another,

Loving one another,

And perceiving each other as separate with the joy of loving,

With the intimate awareness that I am loving myself as you.

And what a pleasure it is to exist in presence in that which has no form,

And to exist in presence in that which is formed.

And nature is alive enough and aware enough to send a signal of remembrance of our connectedness.

Nature is self-recognition and a collective inhale and exhale that matches with the inhale and the exhale and the rhythm of this planet that we are on.

And in that moment,

We feel the peace of the presence of our oneness.
