
Create Stronger Boundaries & Become More Self Sovereign
This short talk is intended to help you understand how to create stronger boundaries and develop your own self-sovereignty. Doing so will help you navigate the influences and pressures from your environment and relationships more smoothly and to remain focused on your soul's intentions and purpose.

Hello,
This is Alessandra with Dexter and Alessandra and today I'm going to talk about boundaries and why it's useful to have boundaries and why it's also challenging to have boundaries if we haven't learned to have boundaries.
So in our society there's a lot of tribalism whether we're aware of it or not.
Different people resonate with different groups,
Different cultures,
Countries and ways of living life and that's okay.
And it's also important to define for yourself when you are in that environment what works for you,
What is meaningful to you,
What is important to you,
What is the environment that is the most supportive and conducive to your personal development,
Your spiritual development,
Your relationship development,
Not defined by anybody else other than you.
So whether it's societal pressure,
Again cultural pressure that we receive from being born in a specific country or whether it's from family pressures,
Meaning the conditioning that we receive from our parents and that they receive from their parents and ancestral pressure and again conditioning in terms of the herd,
The tribe that we're supposed to be a part of and that we're supposed to resonate with,
It's important to understand that those influences are going to define essentially how we experience ourselves and whether it feels safe and okay for us to define for ourselves who we are and who we choose to be and how we choose to resonate with whatever we choose to resonate,
Including that we don't have to be part of a specific country or identified with a specific country or culture to live,
To exist and to feel valued and validated and an important member of society and an important member of humanity.
So in order to begin to free yourself from the influence of society or parents of your conditioning,
Of the cultures around you,
Of whatever collective consciousness is,
Choosing not consciously to influence you,
It's important that you identify within yourself the things that come up as when you have an intention or a goal or you live your life in a certain way,
Things that come up as I shouldn't be doing this or this is not okay or this is wrong or this is bad and to really assess for yourself is that true?
Are those my thoughts?
Are those my beliefs?
How did I inherit those beliefs and those thoughts?
And is this energy and are the beliefs and the thoughts serving me?
You know,
If I want something in my life,
If there's something that I choose to experience that is meaningful to me,
Is it then beneficial for me to resonate with specific parts of the collective consciousness,
Whether it's the parents,
The grandparents,
The friends,
Some subgroup in society?
Is it beneficial for me to resonate with people who are not in agreement with the experience of life that I'm choosing?
So asking yourself that question and assessing for yourself the different dimensions of your life,
The different parts of your life where you are in a conflict,
Where on the one end you are choosing an experience consciously and on the other end,
Subconsciously,
You have misalignment,
You have other parts that say no,
Don't do this,
This is not right,
This is not good,
You shouldn't be doing this,
This can happen,
Etc.
Etc.
So kind of like that talk,
That self-talk that comes up,
That is not you,
They are not your thoughts,
They are not your beliefs,
You've inherited them and now of course they become yours once you've internalized them and then you repeat them as if they were true.
So once you make that assessment,
Then you can clear those beliefs,
We have belief clearing meditations on our YouTube channel that you can use to actually bring up that energy and transmute it so that then the things that you choose,
Whatever is not in alignment with it is not going to now create conflict and drain of your energy,
Let's say you're moving on this path and someone else,
Whether you're conscious of it or not,
Is saying no,
Go this way,
Then that is a drain on your energy,
Instead of moving forward you're going to stop or maybe you're going to step back or maybe you're going to go on that other path and of course that's not going to be useful because you resonating with ideas,
Beliefs,
Thoughts,
Energies that are not what your soul is essentially guiding you to do in this lifetime is not beneficial,
It's going to again,
You can learn from it and it's good to be aware of it so that you can clear it.
So in addition to that,
Learning boundaries is like as you meditate for instance,
When you're in a state of calm,
Of peace,
Of focus,
Of intentionality where you're very,
Very conscious and aware of what your intentions are in life.
If you spend some time feeling what that feels like,
To be in your body,
To be in your own energy,
To be in your own thoughts,
Emotions,
Feelings,
Sensations and really getting to understand and anchor more deeply that baseline of energy that you're in when you're for instance meditating meaning that there's not as much influence from the external environment because you're in a deeper state and you're closer to your soul's intention and to what you resonate with most deeply.
So once you get familiar with that through meditation then any time that you start feeling triggered,
Feeling anxious,
Feeling stressed,
Thinking I shouldn't be doing this,
Thinking something's wrong,
This is bad,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
All that noise that goes on in your mind or other people telling you things and then you feeling like oh I'm doing something wrong.
When you become aware of that then now you have a process to see that you have essentially you have loosened up your boundaries.
You're not in your quote unquote energetic bubble and when I say energetic bubble that doesn't mean you don't let energy flow in and out.
It simply means that if those energies are not in resonance with your conscious intentions and goals in life and your soul's intentions and purpose then not to get reactive to them,
Not to start being kind of feeling ungrounded by them and therefore getting in a state where now instead of being on your path and conscious and resonating with what you resonate with you're now resonating with someone else's energies and their beliefs and their fears and their thought system etc.
Etc.
So the more you become aware of your own intentions and your own goals and you get clear about that and in meditation you explore that realm,
That environment,
Your environment,
Your own energetic environment free of the pressure and influence from the external world.
The more you'll be able to assess when you've come out of that,
When you're resonating with others and often times when we're in fear,
When we start saying I shouldn't be doing this,
You know all kinds of different beliefs coming up in our system and judgments,
It's very likely that you're being influenced by others,
That you're being influenced by the energy of others and so the more you start to see that,
The more quickly you can disentangle yourself from that,
Free yourself from that and come back to yourself,
To your own thoughts,
Your own energy,
Your own emotions,
Your own intentions,
What's meaningful to you,
What's important to you,
Knowing that your experience is absolutely personal and individual in the sense of no one on the planet has the same experience as you do,
It's not possible,
Every soul is unique as much as we are an expression of the divine and we're in that sense,
We're all one and we're all the same,
At the same time we're very individuated,
We're coming here to learn specific lessons and we have specific karmas,
Specific patterns,
Specific things that we're essentially learning to let go of and free ourselves from and learning to focus on and align ourselves with,
So trusting that,
Having faith in that process and trusting in yourself and in your own values,
What is meaningful to you,
Not from ego,
Really from your soul,
That's very helpful.
In the next couple of days I'll probably make a video,
A meditation video on boundaries and how to actually feel your own boundaries,
Feel yourself in your body,
Ground yourself in your own body and learn essentially self sovereignty because boundaries is very much about self sovereignty,
It's saying I am self sovereign,
My choices are my own and the way that I choose to interact with the world,
The way that I choose to be in my life,
The choices that I make in my life are my own and then from there interacting with the world in the way that you choose to,
So self sovereignty and in alignment with spirit,
In alignment with the universe,
With God is always going to be most beneficial of course because your energy then is not going to waver from one belief to another,
From fear to fear,
You'll be much more able to be grounded and feel safe in the world and be able to also receive intuition and guidance from spirit as to what this self sovereignty means to you,
What it means for you to go into the world and put your intention and your energy into the world and however that manifests and then it won't be about right,
Wrong,
Good,
Bad,
It'll just be about your soul's journey,
Your soul's process.
So this is what I wanted to share with you today about boundaries and how to start establishing boundaries from a place of inner knowing,
From a place of self exploration,
I hope it is helpful to you and I hope that the meditation that I create will also help you to tune into that,
To what it feels like to have those strong emotional boundaries where your reality not from again an ego place that's at your reality and the choices that you're making are valuable and valid and good and useful to you and beneficial to you.
