Inner Child Healing Meditation Reparenting Yourself The following meditation is designed to help you heal wounded parts of yourself that formed in childhood as a result of various painful or challenging experiences that were not fully understood and resolved at the time.
This guided meditation will also help you to feel into what it feels like to be parented by an ideal,
Loving,
Compassionate and present parent.
Even if the events happened a long time ago,
Our child parts continue to carry unresolved pain and emotional distress from the past,
Because our emotions and trauma live on within us outside of time.
By practicing this meditation,
You will learn to reparent yourself and experience a deeper attunement with yourself.
As a result,
You'll begin to feel better about yourself,
Your relationships and your life.
Revisiting the past in a grounded and present way and offering this ideal parenting to your wounded child parts allows for past wounds to heal and dissolve as old energies and blockages get released and you recall your energy for joy,

Fun and creativity.
So let's begin.
If you'll find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down and relax.
Intending and choosing to let go and relax.
Because you can.
And because it's good for you.
Good for your body.
Good for your mind.
Good for your emotions.
Good all around.
And so choosing to let go of whatever you feel ready to let go of in the present moment.
Embracing anything you may be carrying that's causing tension,
Stress,
Contraction or discomfort.
And choosing to surrender what you can in this moment.
Feeling yourself relaxing deeper as a result.
Let go.
It's safe.
It's okay.
To relax deeply.
And as you do,
Notice how the rhythm of your breath changes.
And how energy moves in your body.
And relax more.
Allowing for old habits and patterns of stress to unwind as you intentionally choose to relax.

Unwinding what's been wound up.
Unbinding what's been bound up.
In your body.

In your emotions.
In your thoughts.
Unwinding anything and everything that's not in the now.
And letting go of anything that's not supporting the deepest state of relaxation.
Remembering this deep state of calm,
Peace and serenity that's always there.
Underneath all of the stress and worry.
Tuning into this deep,
Restorative and rejuvenating state of being.
That nourishes and nurtures you at the deepest level.
And that allows you to feel grounded,
Supported and empowered.
To meet life and all of its challenges with great peace and capacity.
Feeling completely deserving of this experience of peace and empowerment.

Giving your child self that nurturing and loving kindness.

And continuing to receive everything you wished for.

Whether that's a recreation of your parents or guardians of the time.
Or whether your adult self is giving your child self that attention.
Feel that.
Receive that attention.
And feel your body relaxing and softening as a result.
Opening yourself to receive even more compliments and positive remarks about how good you are.

Accolades and embraces.
