Hello,
This is Alessandra.
I hope that there's not too much road noise and that you can hear me.
I wanted to share with you a really important understanding in the process of receiving,
Of attracting,
Of manifesting things,
Which everyone who is in the process of creation,
Knowingly or unknowingly,
Is in life,
In this process of receiving,
Of manifesting,
Of attracting.
And so,
In this process,
One of the ways in which we can actually be disempowered,
Not be supported in our process of manifestation,
Of receiving,
Of attracting something,
Is this attachment to what we are wanting to experience,
The level of feelings,
Emotions,
And whatever materially,
When really anything that we want materially,
Even in terms of relationships,
Or in terms of health,
Or anything material that we want,
Or external that we want is really for the feelings,
For the embodiment,
The embodied experience that we project,
We will feel as a result of it.
So in this process,
If there is attachment,
Which for most people there is,
Meaning it's not just like,
Oh,
I'm going to create this,
Oh,
I'm going to receive this,
I'm going to attract this,
To manifest this.
It's not such a process where there's intention,
This sense of lightness,
Like a child-like creative process.
There's more an attachment.
So based upon what we project onto what we want to receive,
Manifest,
Or attract,
We're going to be reacting to all of that.
So if we don't feel that we're receiving,
Or manifesting,
Or attracting something that we are attached to,
There's going to be a lot of pain associated with that,
Because we're going to start to,
Those attachments come from,
Again,
The different interpretations that we make around it,
What it means about us,
What it means about the future,
What it means about life,
What it means about reality,
What it means about relationship,
What it means about status,
Power,
Control,
Safety.
So it's never really about the thing,
It's actually about what we associate the thing with,
Or the situation,
Or that which we want to receive with.
It's always about the associations.
And those associations are what create the attachment.
And until we can actually release that,
Meaning get to a point where we surrender into the present moment,
And we are grateful for what is in the present moment,
And we surrender that.
And we also completely,
And if you've listened to the meditation that I released recently,
That meditation really is going to help you to get into that state,
For instance,
The healing meditation I'm referring to.
And this healing meditation called healing,
At the deepest level,
This meditation is really designed to help you not have aversion to what you're experiencing,
To not have aversion to pain,
Because until you release your aversion to pain,
You will continue to tense around the pain and what the pain is representing,
Because the pain is not really the pain,
There's something else underneath.
And so if you tense around that,
You can't see that,
You can't resolve that,
You can't heal that.
And in the same way,
If you tense around your attachments and your aversion to something else,
If you're attached to something,
You're averse to another situation,
There's going to be this same tension that actually holds,
And contraction that holds the past in place.
And so it holds that which you fear,
It holds that which you're averse to in place instead of lying for the new to move in.
You must be surrendering,
Making this space for the new,
For this new creative flow,
Idea,
Situation,
Circumstance,
Relationship,
Energy to come through,
You must make room for it.
If you're tense and attached to it,
Because you're so averse to something else that you're experiencing right now,
And really not what you're experiencing,
Your interpretations of what you're experiencing.
If you're in that state,
Then it's going to be very difficult to manifest something else,
To receive something else,
To not be in the energy of the past,
And what you're averse to.
And to continue to be in lack,
If you're attached to something,
You're in lack towards it.
And so if you're in lack towards it,
You can't experience it.
Or it will take a lot of time to receive it,
To experience it,
Because of this lack,
Because the lack continues,
The illusion of the lack continues,
The illusion of separation from that which you want in your heart.
And therefore,
You stay actually in the past,
Not receiving,
Not manifesting,
Not attracting what you want because of that attachment.
So it's challenging,
It's very subtle,
And it requires a lot of work to be able to release the attachment,
To say I'm going to move from expectation and attachment to simply intention,
And to live in that state,
And to experience that in that state.
I hope this is helpful and that it encourages you,
Motivates you to attract,
To receive,
And to manifest things from a non-attached place,
And to learn how to do that to release your fears.
